Honestly, I'd give this more then 5 stars if I could but I can't this place has really good Boba Tea my favorite so far has been the Chocolate Peanut Butter with rainbow poppable bubbles. I'd recommend this to anyone who asks for some good places for Boba Tea anyway 10/10 would reccomend. 3 months later still super good place hasn't changed in a bad way. We don't go there to often but when we do I still get the Chocolate Peanut Butter Boba tea someone making the Boba tea actually made it fancy by putting chocolate wave things still super nice place to go.

I have been an avid member of the cult sense 2013 😂 but tonight i had THE best Honeydew Taro lychee cold that I’ve had in the eight years I’ve been there, and I get the same thing…every time. Anyway I’m having a rough go with sobriety the toll getting there is taking on my body and it’s really effected my work performance, feeling particularly blue afterwards I figured on my walk home I could use a positive pick me up. Y’all’s drink brought a smile to my face in a day I that needed one. Thank you for serving Lawrence and congratulations for making it through Covid!

House of Cha is not only the best Boba in Lawrence, but I also the best in the KC metro! I have been coming here scoring about three years and it’s good enough that I still go out of my way to go now that I’ve graduated and don’t live in Lawrence anymore.

This is my favorite tea place of all time. I don't know what their secret is but everything is amazing. They have some really different and interesting flavors I don't see anywhere else.

The employee working just stared at me in silence instead of saying hello and asking what I would like to order. I asked her questions about the menu and she looked at me like I was the dumbest person on the face of the earth.

I ordered a large cold matcha boba tea and it was over $6. The boba was great but the tea tasted old, like it sat out over night and it stained a nasty bitter aftertaste on my tongue. It wasn't sweet like I thought it would be, just bitter. It would've tasted a lot better if it was cold like I ordered but, instead, it was lukewarm.

I liked the cha there. But it is not a great place to work for a long time if you are planning to! No restrooms, or water filling station. Definitely recommended for a refreshing drink!

The drinks are wonderful but the staff can either have a staring contest with you or they politely wait for you to decide what you want. I unfortunately have been faced with staring contests multiple times. I can be indecisive sometimes so I would stand to the side to look at the menu but, despite the obvious sign I am still looking, all the staff would stare at me. I felt so uncomfortable to the point I was scared but, maybe it's just me. Once I was ready, I asked where I should I start to make it easier for them to take my order and I was treated as if I was a horrible bother. I felt really sad afterwards despite my drink tasting nice. I hope it gets better.

This place is always so amazing!!! The staff I've met are very helpful! I even left my bag there and the gentleman who helped me ran quite a bit just to get my bag back to me! I'm very thankful because it saved me a trip! Definitely gonna try to make getting a drink a weekly thing!

The boba tea is really good! ALso, they have those cards where you can get a free drink every so often. Atmosphere is nice and this place is easy to spot with a big parking lot near by.
