5 star service. Know that thing where conversation flows because you're on the same page with staff who brew fresh and hot and the tea is deep, rich, even better than the descriptors describe? That's service + Honeybush tea at House of Cha. Bonus: In a sea of noise on SuperBowl Sunday, hecklers blocking traffic, falling down mid-street, BEFORE the game, this place was warm and calm, exuding the aroma of earthy tannins amidst aged wood. Score!

Great service. I recommend this for a refreshing drink on a hot day. My blended peach boba tea was yummy

Its such a nice atmosphere! The menu is easy to understand and the drink was great.

Everything here is super watered down and lacks flavor. Threw our order away half block down the street. The Thai flavor was very weak. The chocolate tasted like chalk. The chai was just undrinkable. Maybe they’re trying to save money by putting less powder mix? Maybe the mix is expired? Who knows but we were all very disappointed.

My favorite bubble tea spot in town. Lovely, calming atmosphere and great service!

Edit: the black tea wasn’t even freshly brewed. I was handed the tea quickly and there isn’t a tea bag. Wow.

This is not a tea house. It’s a bubble tea carry out shop. The only hot tea available was plain black tea, and it’s only in a to-go container. I was really excited to finally try this place out and have a relaxing cup of green tea. But I found myself standing outside in hot weather holding a togo cup of hot tea. Also the awning outside is moldy.

Tasty tea, cozy and chill interior, and always someone friendly behind the counter. What more can I ask?

Delicious boba at an affordable price

Ordered online and my Peach bubble tea with boba pearls was ready when I got there. Best bubble tea in Lawrence!

Bubble tea is my favorite drink/sweet treat and this place has so many flavors and add-ins to choose from! (Even if I get the same thing every single time..) Plus it's really cozy and a great lesser-known place to get some work done, and the staff are all very sweet.
