Einstein Bros. Bagels

Good price point, quick, friendly and efficient for the time. Worth a visit!

The service here is incompetent and rude. I'm trying to get a bagel and there was only one other person in the building that was a customer, yet somehow it took more than 5 minutes for me to even be addressed by a cashier who was then rude and did not take my order correctly. I specifically told her what I wanted, that I wanted it sliced and toasted, and a tub of cream cheese. She proceeds to somehow mess that up and when I pointed it out to her asked for a refund because it had been so long at that point that I was bordering on late at work despite there being more than one worker but only one other customer.

I asked for a refund and then the rude cashier was unable to process it on my original form of payment, and then got rude when I made a comment about it. What am I really supposed to do with $7 cash?

The rude cashier who can't take orders, or refund orders properly is also the manager... Who refused to provide a receipt or their name and even told me she wasn't going to help me if I wasn't nice. To her. I don't think getting my food as I ordered it in a timely manner is rude. I don't think asking for my money back when that service isn't rendered to me with that expectation is rude. That girl is bad at her job and got embarrassed when she was called out about it and then got rude with me. And then is refusing to identify herself because she knows that she is in the wrong.

So not only can you expect poor services it will come with rudeness if you try to correct it. For some reason I thought I'd be able to go to Einstein bagels in the morning and get some bagels I guess I was wrong.

Wish they would open up their indoor seating area. App would not offer 1/2 price bagels this morning, but thrilled original coffee is back. Fingers crossed Winter Blend comes back this December.

Bagels are good, but horrible customer service. They messed up my order and the lady working was extremely hostile and was borderline verbally abusive when I asked her to fix it. I will not be back.

Helpful staff and quick service. The food is pretty good for such a quick meal. As far as the bagels, they're way better than grocery store bagels. Not NY level, but for Kansas, more than acceptable. Good coffee. It's a nice place for a quick bite with a friend.

This store has a rare gem. The morning manager (not sure of his name) has just the best customer service skills. He always has a smile on his face and a warm welcome. He is just all around a great guy.

Son poked his head in through the door simply to see if there were masks inside for customers

We were hoping to eat as we have a thousand times before but that lady just ruined any future hope of us returning.

Wonderful service. I showed up early to my carryout. The staff was good about keeping me updated about my order. They would not stop apologising for being late, they were not I was early. So much so the manager came out when I got my food and personally apologised and gave me some coupons for my next visit. Food was spot on as always.

They were sold out of all the good cheese bagels, which unfortunately happens a lot when I go to any Einstein's. The service was quick and our order was correct. It's clean and set up nicely on the inside. The location is also very convenient with ample street parking.

Good! Fresh! Usually no wait! Staff is not that friendly usually but at the same time it is just a place to run in and grab a bagel. They obviously want you to get it and go!!
