They don’t have the new location at 816 Mass St online yet but it’s amazing! Such a beautiful indoor space and bar. Lots of seating too and a beautiful indoor environment.
I’m so happy to have a great coffee shop with room to sit now. Thanks Taylor and gang on a job well done.

The breakfast sandwiches will change your life! flaky crusty perfectly buttery croissants with a puck sized scrambled egg mini omelette that is so fluffy it floats. The quiche was equally delicious. A must try if you are in Lawrence.

Wonderful bakery and cafe. I ordered a latte and a berry danish. The danish was flakey and well balanced, not too sweet. There is a green space patio out back that was delightful to sit and drink my coffee in I will definitely come back.

The best coffee in Lawrence? Could be. Barker especially knows their espresso, and you can find the less common specialties like Gibraltar here. The alluring smell of fresh baked breads and pastries is also accurate: the menu is not long but delicious through and through.
Parking fills up quickly, though you can find spots on the street. Better walk or bike if you can. Then sit outside on the patio!

Let me start by saying I am biased against coffee shops with a weird and small menu. I can only assume a coffee shop can make quite a few different combinations, so I really hate when there’s only 5-10 options on the menu. Makes things a bit confusing for the customer.. I live in California now and half the places have the same vibe as this place, which could be a plus or a minus depending on who you ask. Ordered some hot cappuccinos and an iced vanilla caramel latte, both were strong and tasty. Pastry wise I wanted to try the lemon cream, they ran out. Second option was the raspberry and they ran out as well. I thought the third option was a fruit danish but maybe I miss heard the gentleman working the counter. When we got home the box had 3 danishes, none of which were sweet. They all had some kind of bacon and cheese combination. I thought they tasted really good, very flaky. Not sure what got lost in translation but though this worked out in my favor. A lot of people don’t eat pork for various reasons, so that could’ve been a disaster. Overall, would recommend for the pastries but the vibe/atmosphere and coffee were just mediocre in my opinion…

Pastries and breakfast sandwich are so tasty! I loved their expresso too. Since the place is small, there aren't many seats but it's completely worth it.

I’ve eaten a lot of breakfast sandwiches, but theirs just might be my favorite one! The Utility Loaf is a staple. Chocolate Almond Twice Baked Croissant - gimme more. But really, order anything and you can’t go wrong.

Tiny indoor shop space but delicious pastries and breakfast items. Not impressed with the coffee or drinks I get there but that may just be a personal preference. I wish they had a tad more indoor seating but they're very limited and use what space they have for the kitchen which was the right decision.

The Breakfast Sandwich with an egg patty and a croissant bun. Listen to me--I am PICKY about the words "egg patty" and "croissant bun" because it sounded like it would be sweet, small, and not very filling. SO!! When I tell you that this was the BEST breakfast sandwich 🤤 The egg patty is 3/4 of an inch thick and creamy, and the bun is NOT sweet, just flakey and DELICIOUS. It really shows the passion for flavors and baking, whoever created these recipes. I didn't even get to tell you about the sauce or fresh veggies that goes on it. Just get one, okay?
All the workers at the cafe are professional, and the atmosphere is a vibe.

Ordered the matcha and plumb+almond danish. Matcha was so smooth, and the danish was a perfect amount of flaky and sweet.
