Scooter's Coffee

Love the caramel iced coffee drink. I asked for no whipped topping and just a little ice and they filled my cup 3/4 of the way. Heaven forbid they waste a 1/4 of a cup of coffee on a customer who doesn't like whipped topping and prefers the coffee room temperature instead of ice cold. The cold bothers my teeth. I've been there quite a few times and requested my coffee the same way and was treated with a full cup of coffee with just a little ice. I wonder who made that decision on that particular day??

I thought this place would be great due to the positive reviews but it was ok. They have great customer service and it’s very clean. The quality of food was not good quality. The smoothie I received was not edible and my breakfast sandwich was ok. I think they need to work on teaching the staff on how to make the items fresher or delicious. I understand they opened up a while back but this establishment was over rated. Just go there for their coffee if you like to keep coming here.

Every single time I have been to this location I have felt like I wasted my money. I have ordered different things on the menu in hopes it will be better. The coffee is mediocre and missing(as you mostly just get creamer). Today I ordered the sausage burrito and a Carmel cold brew(which is literally white)! I will not return to this store.

The peanut butter bomb drink is just that. Delicious. Some of the snacks are pretty good and the people are always very polite. If you're in a truck make sure pass the building after ordering so you can make the turn to the drive through window lol. It's a tight turn.

I would wait until they are open longer. Went for an Iced Americano and Mango smoothie, then was handed my coffee with the ice completely melted and very watered down. Also asked if I wanted whipped cream on the smoothie, then handed me one with no cream. Then had to ask for my receipt and was handed one that didn’t have my order.

Scooters is my EVERYDAY stop. I used to be 100% Starbucks, until they cut their hours for COVID & weren’t available. Scooters was there for our community every morning, without changing their hours. I absolutely love the staff, and the environment they provide to us! I will be a loyal customer for them as long as they’re open. If you haven’t tried them out yet, please do!

Great customer service, the girls there are wonderful. They’ve gotten to where they know that I don’t like whip cream on certain drinks and recognize me whenever I come. They’re very friendly and are great at what they do. Scooter’s is now my favorite morning stop!

Love this place! Coffee tastes amazing, it’s such a cute location, and everyone there is super helpful and positive. My favorite drink so far is a blended white mocha. Will definitely be coming here often!

The coffee is good and the employees are nice. There isn't enough room for cars to line up, but don't think that means they're slow. They're surprisingly fast.

Every 6 months I end up going back to this place for coffee to see if anything has changed. I've tried a wide range of coffee drinks and they just aren't good. Everyone in the car usually tries each other's poorly prepared drinks and all agree. Staff is friendly
