IHOP

One of the best ihops I have been to. And it’s hard nowadays to find a decent ihop that you can even get seated due short staffing

Our food was cold took forever and it wasn't busy 😩

We sat the 30 minutes tonight, we finally got our plates pancakes were very cold. Place wasn't busy at all maybe 7 customers. We finaly got mad and left. Oscar the manager, was extremely rude to the cashier. Who wrote our meal off. He walked off leaving the poor girl to figure it out. They brought out everyone's MEAL OUT AT once, god knows how long it sat in the window. Needless to say we won't be back. This happened in dodge city kansas. So if you want your food cold, come on down lol.

The food was 100% great no question on that! But....3 out of our 4 meals were messed up! I know there's a shortage of staff right now and blah blah blah, but it's really not hard to count 6 French toasts on a plate

We were a large group. We were seated very comfortably in a section by ourselves with two dedicated servers. We did not have to ask for a single thing. They took amazing care of us and the food was pretty darn good. My bacon was perfect and they actually got my eggs right! (Im extreme about my eggs) The servers we had were perfect examples of what all servers should be. Calm, friendly, professional, well groomed, and polite. 10 of 10 will do this again. Thank you IHOP for your services and professionalism for our meeting. You're the best!

I am giving it a 3 because of the staffing shortage. We waited 20 minutes to get a cup of coffee and order. The food arrived in another 20 minutes. It was great, but my pancakes were cold. The staff was friendly but obviously short handed. The tables around us were not bussed during the hour we were there. We stood at the cash register for another twenty minutes waiting to pay so we could leave. Others were waiting just as lo g to pick up their online orders. Two walked out. They need to hire.

Can't go wrong with IHOP, no matter the location. This particular location was on our route home and breakfast at 5PM was perfect. Chicken and pancakes were spot on, eggs and hash browns were as I like them and my wife's pumpkin pancakes were delicious - and I'll take her word since I avoid pumpkin like the plague. Great service, clean and tidy everywhere we went or saw, really friendly people. Military friendly, too!

The only thing half way decent was the really nice waitress... All food was cold coffee was barely warm and it took an hour to get seated and another hour to get our food. That was with only 3 people at our table. Not a single empty table was cleaned while we were there and we were there for a total of 2 and a half hours.
