IHOP

Server said she’d be right with us, but as we were sitting at our table patiently waiting no
One showed up. We noticed two other couples being seated and had their orders
Taken and coffee. Finally my Wife asked a Guy that was bussing tables and he took our order. I’ve eaten here before and everything was fine, but today for some reason it didn’t happen the way in should have. We usually tip whoever serves us 25% so they missed out on some xtra money. We did tip the guy that helped us. Foods good today but service was slow. Hardly anyone in store, they said they were probably busy. Nuff said

Sergio was our server and was SUPER SLOW, it took 20 minutes for him to bring some extra gravy. Not only that it took him 30 minutes for him to get the manager but Sergio comes to our table to tell me that the manager is at the front counter. The manager couldn’t tell me why the service was so slow all he said was the kitchen was backed up and they tried to get out all of the smaller orders first so some people that came in after us got their food before us but that’s not how IHOP procedure. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS IHOP EVER. I normally don’t post but I had to share this

We came here with 10 people and our waitress Karime took great care of us!! Fast service, friendly smile, and great food!! I had the Colorado omelette and enjoyed every bite! Next time we're in Dodge City we are coming back!!

Came to ihop they open at 7:00 am thought they opened at 6 am instead the doors were locked and people were sleeping

This IHOP is the worst ihop I have ever been too. One time about one month ago they sat our whole family of 8 together and this time she was rude and says we can not sit you all together. So for our son and daughters BIRTHDAY dinner we would have had to sit split up apart and they took forever to bring us our drinks and took the people who came in after us order. The silverware was dirty with food stuck to it. This is ridiculous. Never will I return to this ihop in Dodge city, Kansas! I could see if they were busy but they were not.

Been there a couple of times and the service and food were good. Narlene waited on me today and the service was awesome. Food was really good, I had the stack of pumpkin spice pancakes, my favorite. Usually I get their special with eggs,bacon,hash browns and side of pancakes.

Called in and ordered food they told me it would be done in 10 mins. Showed up 10 mins later to pick it up and waited 20 mins before they told me they didn’t get my order. Always a bad experience here. Thumbs down.

Was at iHop for nearly 3 hours. No one checked on us and they lost our order. Had given us a discount then made us pay full price. Food was cold, skimpy, and bland especially on Valentines night. No love.

Sat in the booth with my family for 13minutes without being acknowledged...we got no service. Waiters walked by us over and over and never asked us anything. I managed a multimillion dollar company and if my teammembers or anyone who worked for me gave anyone this type of service they would be jobless.
No true management direction in this establishment. Finally a young man came and asked us a question...thank you.
I wouldn't go here if you want good service.

Went back again. This time food was good waitress very nice and helpful. Food came out quickly and was very good.
