Smokey Row Coffee

We stopped by around 2pm on a Tuesday and was horribly disappointed. Husband's sandwich had an egg that was refrigerator-cold and when he asked them to warm it, they put the entire sandwich in the microwave (bread and all). My sandwich was dry and had very little toppings. Our huge cookie was so hard it was like chewing rocks.

On a brighter note, the coffees were perfect. So we'll never plan to eat here. This establishment was a huge disappointment compared to the other locations.

I moved to Waukee recently and was excited to see that there was a Smokey Row close to my home. I had nothing but great experiences with the Ankeny location and was hoping for the same experience. Unfortunately, I’ve noticed a lack of consistency when it comes to their drinks. I usually order a strawberry smoothie with no whip cream. Out of the five times I’ve come to this location, only one has actually produced a smoothie on par with other Smokey Row locations. Sometimes I get strawberry milk and other times I get a drink that was not blended enough to the point that chunks of strawberry get stuck in the straw. I’m a huge fan of the business and only decided to post this review in the hopes of giving feedback for positive change. No anger at all :) Thank you

A great extension of Smokey Row, offering the same menu variety and quality. The service inside and the drive thru is quick, although that sometimes leaves the sandwiches less warmed than preferred. There is also a fireplace inside with comfortable seating, making for a cozy vibe .

Great place! Coffee and food are delicious and the staff is outstanding!

This is my favorite Smokey Row. The employees are always helpful offering suggestions, the establishment is always clean and tidy, and the food is always on point.

If you want to wait a half hour for a sandwich to find out they lost your order when there's barely anyone in the dining room, sure, knock yourself out.

Go elsewhere.

Delicious and fairly priced iced lattes, service is always excellent and friendly. I’m so glad they have a spot in Waukee now, it is my new go to place!
