Scooter's Coffee

Same drink different size asked for no expresso in both. 1 was a tan color and the other all white. Asked why and she just shrugged. Ended up being one had expresso! Did not offer even to fix. Not to mention one had choc syrup on top and the other didn’t. Supposedly same drink! I figured when I got home I would just call and talk to manager and they have no phone number listed…

Great smoothie, had Strawberry/Banana smoothie. Pricey, but tasty smoothies.

Love love love this place. My coworkers or I are there every morning picking up drinks and food for our work. Super friendly staff.

I normally get great service. I love they have a sugar free option and protein. It's the only place I go to get coffee now. The only bad thing is that the staff at night isn't as nice or efficient.

I used to go to many different coffee shops; trying to find my own filling place! Finally, after years of looking Scooters was brought to my sight in Ames, Iowa!

Your team does an amazing job! The crew really does go the extra mile! I finally, got the coffee shop that best fits my needs! Great prices, food selection is great for different dieters, and the staff and atmosphere is phenomenal!

Can't really comment on atmosphere as it is only drive through.

I marked it down one star for service as they didn't provide the total at time of ordering but only told you once you got to the window, which isn't a great thing when several cars are behind you.

Great coffee, fast drive thru, my only complaint was 2 employees within the store were carrying a conversation that I felt was inappropriate and it was loud enough I could hear every word.

My 14 year old daughter said their chocolate chip cookie was the best she ever had (high praise)! We also got the Caramelicious and Mocha small hot drinks.They were perfect! Flavorful and just hot enough to drink without scalding. Very good service! The cinnamon roll and chocolate mint chip cookie were outstanding.

Fantastic experience. I ordered 5 drinks and 4 food items. The ladies were fast, the order was accurate, they labeled everything for me, and they were very friendly. Will absolutely be back. It’s great to experience such wonderful service!

Waited in line for 20 mins just to be denied at the window because they don’t accept 50$ bills..?
