This place was fantastic! There was a decent list of items to choose from for breakfast, lunch, dessert, and coffee. We ordered a couple breakfast items and a lunch item. The food was fantastic and guilt free! The lattes were also very enjoyable. The dessert items were absolutely fantastic, and I can't wait to try more!
The people working were extremely friendly, and they answered all the questions we had. Overall, very hospitable and made sure we were taken care of.
The building is very interesting; it's an old-style house that is nicely decorated. The place was overall very clean.
Can't wait to come back!

I was looking for low carb vegetarian (not vegan) bagels and contacted this bakery. They happily told me they could make me some and to pick up next day. The price was really good, and the bagels were yummy! Def will be back, I have my eye on some snickerdoodle muffins!

I attended a murder mystery dinner at the Keto Way with my wife. The activity, rather than eating Keto food was the draw for me.
I chose the mozzarella sticks as an apprletizer. They were excellent, without being overly salty/fried. They seemed to simply be breaded. The pot pie dinner was great (homemade) - a bit of a different take on pot pie, leaving out the peas. For dessert, I had the blueberry cheesecake which again wasn't overly sweet but flavorful. Overall it t was all solid and provided a great to alternative eating experience from the rest of Uptown.
This was our first murder mystery dinner anywhere. We worked through it with one other couple. There was no role playing was involved. It's one of those kits you may have seen advertised on Facebook for a date night. The owner did a great job of providing instructions and making the experience easy to catch onto, providing some hints that helped but didn't give away the answers.
Overall we enjoyed our experience at Keto Way and expect to be back to try some of the other food.

We attended a Murder Mystery dinner here and had a great time! Super well hosted, a very fun puzzle, tasty food and great conversation. We had mozz sticks, stuffed mushrooms, chicken pot pie, cheesecake and coffee. Hard to believe it was all keto. Very yummy and home made tasting. Good portion sizes. Looking forward to going back and trying out more items. Would definitely recommend the murder mystery - made for a very fun date night.

This is such a cute place to grab a breakfast without feeling the guilt of eating all the carbs/calories. I tried different muffins and a smoore's latte. All tasted so light and delicious :) The owner is friendly and personable. Would recommend trying breakfast here!

My son and I both really enjoyed the family-sized lasagna and cheese breadsticks that I picked up to take home. Both were delicious! The staff was very accommodating and friendly, and the location and parking were convenient. I will be back!

Shabby Trick
Stopped in and grabbed a couple of keto muffins (snickerdoodle and Blueberry) and they were excellent and priced right... I will get again. Plan on making it a weekly breakfast spot to try many more of their menu items. A+
