Friendly staff, great coffee, reasonable prices! They have a play area for kids as well!

A wonderful place to gather and catchup with friends and relatives! You can also reserve a quiet room off to the side for a date or quality one on one time with a friend. They serve a nice variety of coffee drinks, plus a few pastries and fruit smoothies. Definitely recommend this place!!

Great specialty drinks. I love the Carmel latte & white frappe. There is a small play room for children with a slide & toys. There are several rooms to sit with a small group together. Great atmosphere & service.

Great coffee and nice atmosphere. Good WiFi and fresh baked goods. Also has a children's play area which is great for parents but can be noisy when kids are running around. However, there is a quiet study room.

Best coffee shop around! Staff is always super friendly and makes orders to perfection. I've never had something here I didn't like!

It's a nice coffee shop with great coffee! We always stop when we come thru Kalona.

I.was with my brother, his wife & my fur nephew. My brother treated us to drinks & pastries
I do not know what he paid for it all as the rest of us stayed in the SUV.
We all had Frappes to drink, they were delicious. I will be going back the next time I'm in Kalona.
(note: I was totally unaware that this place was even there but will be going every time I do get to town!👍😁

Nice place for a cup of joe. Comfortable interior which invites anyone to hang out while enjoying your beverage of choice (mine is the cold brew). Local favorite.

Stopped by this place while visiting I'm the area. It's in a beautiful downtown area and the atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing.

I visited around noon on say and it appeared like there was only one person working her. So it took a few minutes before she could even take our orders. She seamed to work a little slow and was putting all the drinks in to-go cups, so I'm guessing she didn't know how to make Latte art. When I think of a good coffee shop I think of a place where the baristas are fast, know there drinks and give you a drink in a mug that looks as good as it tastes. When she finished my drink she took my payment, swiped my card and handed it back and to my knowledge, said nothing. Then she asked if the guy that was with me was going to order. It was a bit confusing because it was like she thought we were on the same order. When she noticed I was confused she asked if I wanted a receipt but I declined. Offering a receipt for your order should be a standard thing, you don't just hand someone's card back to them and not tell them what's next. It was because of the service that I removed one star. The atmosphere is great, and the drinks I would say are above average and definitely better than a place like Starbucks. Hopefully if you come you will get a good barista and don't get the service I got.
