Delicious food as healthy as you want it. This place kills it. We visit at least twice a week. You won't be disappointed

Love this place and would have given it five stars...but then there's the french fries. Not sure what to make of them. Are they actually steamed rather than fried?

Always the first place i go downtown. I love everything about this place. I always overfill my basket😂😭 I appreciate all the healthy/organic options and even the yummy snacks. And i can never find plain sesame sticks anywhere but of course you guys have them😊 love this store!

How dare they. I, a loyal customer, wanted pumpkin bread at exactly 9:06 post meridian. I was denied this right, by the new hours. got to be honest, these new hours are simply not Gucci of them and I request that they move it back to a time that is after 9:06 post meridian . I demand free pumpkin bread until my death or my departure of this populous or at the very least since I am a fair gentleman, until they change their hours.

Staff is personable and their freshly made food like their sandwiches and marinated caprese salad is spot-on and awesome for a grab-and-go meal while exploring Iowa City. Prices aren't super cheap but they charge more because of the quality and freshness. They have hard-to-find fruits, vegetables, and snacks too!

Good beer options and a nice patio to enjoy them on. Didn't do any shopping at the store on site but looked pretty neat in there.

Ordered catering from here--delicious! The pasta bar was excellent; I was worried about them serving mac and cheese because that can go really wrong, but it was absolutely fantastic. Service was punctual and friendly. Decent price and good portion sizes.

They have the best sourdough and rye is amazing(if cut alittle thin for me) I love to make reubens and that bread is very tasty. Good selections there otjer foods too, of course mini market. Staff ar mostly Hippy -lookin', and most are friendly, couple of snooty lookin people in there too, so theres' that. Im here for the food, anyways. Nice shop with quick and friendly service, high quality food for thoight. Thats it. Good s@#t.

Nice patio, good beer and right in the ped mall

Nice prepared food selections. You should be able to find something there that you want to eat- soups, salads, sushi, and many other items. We walked through wishing we were hungry because everything looked so good. We ended up grinding some peanut and almond butters and buying a loaf of the delicious artisan bread for later. There is a nice big room near the entrance for dining.
