They always make my coffee great..

I'm disappointed.. Very friendly though..
Our order was totally messed up.. didn't realize till we were home.
With that being said. I will try again however, I will have to go inside.. Not my first option.. we'll see how it goes.

I highly recommend the caramelicious blender with an extra shot. Even better with a caramelicious muffin.

Been there three times first was good, second time was ok at best and this time wasn't good at all. Messed up my kids drink 3 times and mine was so sweet it was like liquid sugar. And they proceed themselves over local coffee shops and Starbucks. Unfortunately I'll be back because my kid likes the smoothies.

I've never been to a Scooter's before today. I've heard good things so thought I'd give it a try. The service I received by the employees was great. They explained their items to me, giving me recommendations while doing so. A customer pulled up to the drive thru window to receive her order just as I was handed my drink. As the employee was handing me my muffin, another (blonde) employee taking care of the customer at the drive thru asked the employee if the muffin she had just sat down was for the drive thru customer. The employee stated that it was for me, to which the blonde stated "you need to prioritize", meaning take care of the drive thru customers before the walk in customers. Until I heard that, I'd had a very positive experience. I think most people know that drive thru is supposed to be a more expedited experience, but to hear it said in front of you certainly leaves you feeling like your money isn't as important as theirs is. Not to mention, as a customer I appreciated the service I received from the employee who was reprimanded in public view. I certainly hope the tip I left went to the employee who gave me what I considered to be fair, prompt treatment, not to the blonde. She can let her drive thru "priority" customers tip her.

Consistent, delicious and not expensive. Never an unreasonable wait. Don't waste your time and money anywhere else. I was told to do myself a favor and go to scooters, it was the best favor I've done myself in a long time!

Only been here once but it was okay overall. My main complaint is we went through the drive-thru and not only did we not get a total after we ordered but they never gave us a receipt either. I had no idea how much I paid until I checked my bank statement and that isn't right. They could have tacked on extra charges or charged something wrong or even added additional tip in there and no one would ever know because they don't receive a receipt. We were never offered one and we didn't have time to ask for one because as soon as they handed us our drinks the window was closed and they were gone.

1 star for the coffee. I've tried this place three times now to give them a shxnzcs because they're new. All of my coffee drinks tasted extremely watered down and plain, despite getting some of their more extravagant drinks. Gas station coffee is better than here. The price is outrageous. We spent a few cents short of $20 on two coffees and a cinnamon roll. Starbucks is not only cheaper, but way better. Save your money. This place is overpriced for watered-down coffee with no flavor.

Never been to a scooters before ever, been wanting to try them. I ordered a hot turtle latte, a sausage breakfast bagel sandwich, & chocolate chip cookie, the latte was good tasting, my husband liked the cookie, but the bagel was tough like it was a few days old, wasn't impressed, & very $$$.

Fort Dodge location Thanksgiving morning. Passing through and needed to warm up. Super busy but staff kept things moving, friendly, and a great team.
