Scooters is an awesome place with amazing people who are always incredibly friendly and upbeat! I always have a wonderful time interacting with them, plus the drinks and food are excellent! Keep up the good work, you guys are awesome!

They're cutting corners to keep the food on the cheat side and u can tell(even with the ridiculous pricing). Sausage is different on the everything bagels, as well as size. They're much smaller. Our coffees are never getting filled all the way. It's really upsetting. If the food and coffee is lacking it doesnt help that the service is good. Still not going to enjoy going.

Question ❓❓❓ why when ever I make an online order I still have to go in or use drive up and wait longer for my order??? I drive truck and sometimes it's tight and I have limited time to spend waiting for coffee. Is there is any way that the workers can be notified when an online order comes in and if they are not busy start making the orders.

Very nice place. We had gotten the wrong drinks and when we called the girl we spoke to was very friendly and replaced them right away for us. The store was clean and well kept up. Staff was very friendly. Coffee tasted great.

Purchased 30 gift card for 25 on 12-19. Gifted for Christmas. She tried to use today and showed zero balance. Hope this was honest mistake?.....update, the Ft Dodge location was able to resolve this after a call and couple of visits. Thank you.

Love scooters. Drive through always moves quickly. Order is always correct. The food and coffee always taste the same no matter the location. The employees seem to actually care about doing a good job. You can't say that about most other coffee places.

I’m so glad this town got a Scooters! I’ve gone about a dozen times now, and each time service has been impeccable and friendly. It’s always very quick, too! Make sure to get a pup cup for your dog :)

Scooters has mastered serving their coffee at the perfect drinking temperature. No need to wait 5 minutes while your drink cools down. Also offers a broad array of drinks such as smoothies or blended coffee so there is something for everyone! We recommend!

I am visiting, and I always have to get coffee in the morning. I was having bad experiences until I came here. The coffee and food are delicious, but most importantly, the staff is AMAZING! They are so warm, welcoming, kind and quick. I won't be getting coffee anywhere else for the duration of my stay.

Scooter's coffee is exactly what we needed in this town. From the constant smiles from sun up to sun down, the people working long hours and still being absolutely kind to every single person that is in the shop or even the drive through, to fixing any issue that comes along be it from customer ordering wrong or someone not fully understanding the menu and how to put it into the computer correctly. GREAT SERVICE all the way around. I love the coffee and the option to try something new. Kim is so nice and remembers you as a person and not just a customer! You have a great staff!
