I think such a teeny tiny breakfast sandwich should not be $5+. Either increase the size or decrease the price.

Also, the cooking of the breakfast sandwich is poor. The current cooking method does not effectively toast the sandwich. The sandwich has a microwaved texture, kind of saggy instead of crispy, resulting in: it is overheated and under toasted. The texture of the bagel sandwich bread was tough and difficult to chew.

A $5 breakfast sandwich needs to be much higher quality than Scooters is currently offering.

Love it, best place I've been to for coffee in a long time. I know they only opened less than a few months ago but they are amazing and the drinks are so good! I still can't choose what drink or cookie to be my favorite there lol, sugar cookie is pretty high up on that list though 😋

Hubby an I stopped by to see what we thought. Their cappuccinos are way better then Starbucks. Vanilla was really strong Vanilla flavoring. Mocha is really good too. Not too strong in coffee but subtle enough that you can still taste the flavoring.

The service was fine and is the only reason I'm giving 3 stars, but the coffee is not good. We've tried a latte and also an americano, both were awful and we tossed them out. If you want non bitter coffee, go to Cafe Paradiso or any other place that serves coffee in Fairfield.

Had a 50 dollar order and they made a couple of mistakes and instead of saying sorry they rolled there eyes at us. Horrible customer service. Called ottumwa to let them know never got a call back, said they were busy opening stores. They absolutely don’t care about the customers. $7 for a smoothie. I was suppose to have a free one but their scanner didn't work so they said you'll have to pay for it. Employees acted like they hated their job.

I like to try different drinks. Today I had a peanut butter crunch blender. Pretty dang good!

Ordered 2 muffins and the cashier was kind enough to squish the muffins with her belly and act like nothing happened. This is the 3rd time specifically that this location has failed to deliver.

Always quick service. Asked for an extra straw today since my cat likes to steal them and she loved her gift 😂
