Big Acai Bowl - Fairfield

I was over charged for what I got. I asked twice to explain the charges and they stated that it was correct. Bananas and granola and honey are free as base price. I added almond butter (my one free topping of choice) mixed berries and coconut. I was charged $11.77 for the classic. $6.50 +1 dollar +1 dollar equals $8.50 plus tax. Not for sure why I was charged $11.77. Otherwise, the product is amazing!

I got the Matcha Smoothie; it was okay flavor. I like the size of the medium! The lavender flavor was over powering though, and it was really watery-tried something else and it was amazing!

I couldn't be happier to have an acai bowl place in town. The owner is so friendly and it's a wonderful place to get a healthy breakfast. I visit at least once a week. Absolutely delicious. Please support this fantastic business. It deserves it.

It was new to me but SO yummy.

I was super excited about this place, but the first smoothie I got was watery and only ok, and the second day I went in, I requested a substitution due to an allergy. I asked if they could leave out an ingredient or replace it with another one they had. They told me it was impossible (trust me-- it was possible) and didn't try to work with me or suggest anything. The customer service the first day was awful also-- the guy behind the counter just kept loudly saying "I don't know how to do that" at me and when someone else came and rang me up for him, he said "ok it's 7... something. Whatever." I'm bummed. Also, no one in there wears masks, just FYI.

I love the Acai bowls, simply delicious!! The place was very clean, staff was very friendly. I would definitely recommend Big Acai Bowl to everybody!!

Good smoothies, even better açaí bowls, but green bananas were being used giving my smoothie a weird astringent taste.

Delicious refreshing new addition to Fairfield. If you haven't tried it you will wish you had because you are really missing out on a fresh product that has amazing flavor.

First time in. Really delicious. Even better than I thought it would be. Customer service was excellent. Will be re-visiting soon.

Delicious, friendly, clean. Great place with a lot of options. Everyone in my family found something they loved.
