Fantastic Coffee and the most delectable pastries I’ve ever had! Even though it’s been a one woman show since this whole thing (COVID) started, I’ve had a more than pleasant experience every time! Thank you!

One of the best local coffee shops, we always have a good experience there. Make sure to get out and support them during this pandemic because Dubuque will definitely suffer if it loses this coffee shop.

An oasis of sorts, a stop on my adventure, for a bite before checking out River Lights Bookstore across the street, and Galena a few miles away. The TBA sandwich was good, but the bisque and the iced tea were extraordinary! Also appreciated the above - and - beyond effort by the barista, thank you.

I really love the coffee here and love to smell it going by the place. I've brought many friends and family here because it's a very relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff and fresh food..

Bought a $6 latte to go (with extra espresso). They had run out of sleeves for the cups and when I asked for a second cup to insulate it they refused and told me to use a napkin to hold the cup if I wanted something to insulate. I've received better service buying a cup of coffee at a gas station.

Pretty good coffee and relaxed atmosphere. Service is almost always great, but is lacking at times. Overall, I'd say it's the best local coffee joint in town.

Have been to Jitterz a few times and I like it. Good brew, quiet, with good seating and great light. Also do not neglect the cafe aspect...food is pretty darn good at competitive prices.

I just ordered a capuchino from a cute girl in glasses, and it was quite possibly one of the best I've had in my life. That coming from a guy who worked through high school and college as a Barista, won coffee competitions, and now travels frequently to Latin America. Well done!

As a former barista I have to say that Jitterz has the best espresso drinks in the area. They know how to pack a shot, steam the milk, and have the crema to prove it. If you're a espresso drink lover you know what I'm talking about.

This place is awesome. They rotate through a different type of fair trade coffee every couple days and the owner makes amazing bakery items (try a blueberry scone).
