Horizon Line Coffee

Espresso is top notch, so is the service. Seriously the guys here are incredibly polite and make you feel welcome. The seats are not super comfortable and there's not much to look at, but it's a great place to sit and chat and enjoy excellent coffee.

Cool place with great espresso...and properly served in ceramic cups. Lots of people trying to study but two guys talking loud enough to fill the whole place with noise. Otherwise would be a great place to just sit and read or have a quiet conversation. Bottom line, great espresso. That's what really matters. I'll be back.

I love Horizon Line because I don't have to worry about what is and isn't vegan, because everything is clearly marked and the staff is so knowledgeable. This is a pic of their bananas fosters latte, which is amazing! They offer both sweet and savory pastries, which are all vegan. My husband who is omni loves everything we've ever gotten there. They have a seasonal drink menu and make all of their sauces and syrups.

Just flew in from Seattle (one of the coffee capitals of the world), and was strongly recommended to get the flight @ Horizon Line. It is fantastic! Brewed properly, fantastic flavor profiles, and great atmosphere.

Went here with a friend the other day. It's small but the baristas are really cool and the coffee is really good. It's a really sweet place and I definitely recommend this to anyone who likes drinking things ✌🏼

Been coming here often on my trips back from NYC. Now that I've moved to Downtown Des Moines, this is still my staple. Great coffee, incredibly welcoming, very clean, and awesome staff. If you're looking for a great cup of coffee (quite frankly the best in Iowa) you have to stop in!
