The Bagel Bistro

Great menu options, food we ordered was excellent and reasonably priced, and the view of the main gate to West Baden Springs can't be beat. Also, they serve alcohol... the bloody mary was great and the Irish coffee was good.

We were staying across the street at West Baden Springs Hotel for the weekend. We had breakfast here twice while we were in town. Good food. Good coffee. Clean and well kept. VERY friendly service. Give them a try. I think you'll be glad you did. We certainly were.

Do yourself a favor and grab a bite here. The bagels are soft and fresh (I like mine with a bit more of a crispy outside); the coffee is excellent; and the people make an extra effort to make sure you get the best. We stayed at the Baden Springs down the street and needed something in walking distance. I would have driven miles out of the way for this breakfast, though. There’s a small patio so you can bring the pooch, too.

I'm not sure if this is an Indiana thing, but the bagels were steamed rather than toasted, which made our sandwiches soggy and chewy. I had never heard of steaming bagels before visiting this restaurant. They did not have any diet beverages or skim milk, and the iced tea was a very fruity one. The bagels would probably have tasted good if they were toasted.

Tasty BALT Bagel, good coffee, great atmosphere, and quite the view of The Baden!

This place is a MUST SEE. We visited the area to ski and enjoy the French Lick resort, but this little breakfast spot stole the show. Delicious food, friendly staff, super cool environment. I will definitely be back.

Awesome restaurant! Looking for a place to grab breakfast and so happy we found the Bagel Bistro! The staff and owner are absolutely wonderful! The best customer by far, which maked the experience so much better. And, sitting outside with a view unlike any other. The entrance to the West Baden Hotel. My bagel, the Hay There, Trouble bagel was delicious. We will be back!

Breakfast bagels were delicious and made fresh. Went back for lunch and ordered a bagel sandwich and it was just as good if not better than the breakfast sandwich.

Tried the new bagel shop and loved it. Hot chocolate was excellent. Had a toasted bagel with a smear of cream cheese. Plenty of sandwich choices to choose from.
Sit in the front window and enjoy the view of West Baden entry drive.
