Had a late breakfast. Food was delicious, service was good, and value was great.
A relaxed atmosphere in spite of it being busy at at the time.

Our favorite place where we met our first dinner date...and I tried tapioca the first time. Everyone is friendly and the food is great.

Kind of noisey in there but our food was delicious. Ordered was an omelet, cheeseburger and fries, eggs over easy and bacon.

Breakfast for 2 under $20. Unbelievably good and filling!
Great service too! Highly recommend!

I would be HARD PRESSED to ever go back to this place...
The food came to us COLD and when we told the waitress about it; instead of getting a making a up a new (fresh) order, she asked if it would be okay to microwave it instead...
Who does this?
We we not the only one discouraged by our experience as the table next to us tasted their food and then proceeded to leave without paying...
When we called to talk to the owner (Benny) about the issues; he himself was VERY rude as told us "do you and I a favor and don't bother coming back."
Customers beware...
And now Benny is trying to shift the blame onto the customers...
He wasn't even there to witness what went on, but ALL of us 1 star reviewers must be lying, huh...

Hole in the wall Cafés are best!! Good food, prices are great, service was great. Definitely will be back.

Our family ate here on a early Sunday morning. Small gem in the city. Down home cooked food to order!!. THe restaurant was pretty full, but service was quick and efficient! Everyone got their hot food within 20 minutes of sitting down. They have daily specials. I got the greek omelet (spinach, gyro meat, feta cheese) .... I did add mushrooms and tomatoes..... it was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!!!!! Special came with home fries (fried potatoes) and your choice of bread or fruit I think. HUGE portions!!!
Any time we are visiting in Terre Haute we go here instead of the chain restaurants.

Anything you order will be good!!!!

Good food, good portions, clean, nice waitress, and great prices. I am from Michigan and I eat here when I travel thru Terra Haute.
