This is one of the best parts about visiting Open Door besides Bibles. My wife and son have gluten allergies and they have the lowest upgrade charge ever! They also have these gluten free chocolate chips that are better than regular!!! The atmosphere is peaceful and the staff is friendly. We will definitely keep coming

My wife and I ordered thru GH and were pleasantly surprised on how good there sandwiches are. We had the pork pesto, and the turkey pesto both were delicious but we preferred the pork pesto. This was our first experience eating from Gingersnaps and it was through a delivery service and still enjoyed everything so this won't be our last. Great job.

A very nice meal and some of the friendliest staff. They are very helpful and have one or two options for vegan or vegetarian diets which is good. They have a wide variety of sandwich and salad offerings as well as many coffees, espresso drinks, fountain machine drinks. They offer smoothies but we're out of supplies when I visited. It's a very cozy atmosphere and I enjoyed my time there very much and the other customers were courteous as well. My one issue was that it was difficult to find because it is inside the Christian book store which was not clearly marked. A fun and one of a kind shop.

They have amazing food and beverages! I got a chocolate strawberry frappe....it was to die for!! And their chicken salad on a croissant....just as delicious!! Very friendly staff as well!!

I went here for lunch and had the grilled Cuban with the house chips. The Cuban was great, Gingersnaps actually makes a true Cuban and doesn't ruin it with mayonnaise or tomatoes. It had the perfect balance of ingredients of ham, pork, cheese, mustard, and a pickle relish. And the house chips were delicious, I was expecting plain chips but they've got a yummy seasoning which was delightful. The staff was very friendly. There's not a huge amount of seating but there are two separate seating areas which is nice. I would definitely recommend trying out Gingersnaps!

It is a little hard to find (it's actually located INSIDE of a Christian bookstore), but it is SO worth finding ! The soups & sandwiches are awesome AND a great value. You definitely get your money's worth & do not leave hungry. Lots of unique & specialty items to try as well, like the "house" chips & daily tea blends. Plus the atmosphere is extremely clean & friendly. What's NOT to like ?

This was a well equipped coffee shop although it was not what I expected. This actually resides inside of a christian bookstore. The bookstore was definitely there first and the coffee shop a bit of an after thought. They have many many different options and customizations available although you will have to put all the options together yourself. If you like the trendy coffee shop with drinks that have clever names this will annoy you a bit as they have your base like a latte or blended coffee but you have to know what syrups and add ins you want and how much of each. The staff was very friendly and my drink turned out well. They are priced appropriately I felt. Bonus feature was a drive thru! I was not expecting this given they were part of the bookstore. Ice cream was also available but I did not have any and cannot comment.

Possibly the worst coffee I have ever had the displeasure of tasting. My family and I got 3 different coffee drinks and they were all awful. The coffee tasted like they used rebrewed grounds in both the drip and espresso, it was super weak and burnt. The creamer available tasted expired, and the hot chocolate we got was cold. The sandwich was fine but the fruit cup that came with it was gross.

Jesus clearly did not bless this coffee shop.

Such a kind and generous owner! Thank you for your support of our efforts to raise money for the Alzheimer's Association. The bake sale at Westminster Village was a huge success and residents LOVED the gingersnap cookies.

I love the food here. My favorite item is the tomato basil soup--it's amazing. Their red velvet fraps are delicious too. Really awesome place!
