Donut Bank

I LOVE DONUT BANK! Customer service is top tier. I ordered a specific donut and she gave me the wrong one but since I love donut bank I didn't even mention it so I ordered another donut without any mention of the mistake AND STILL the lady gave me a free donut because she admitted to the mistake.

I love this place I come here everyday !! Today was a lot different the employee with the pink hair was very rude to us and when I told my daughter she’s kind of rude she turned around start saying I’m rude I’m rude !! And walks off I understand everyone is going to have a bad day but when I’m asking what kind of doughnut one is and your giving me a attitude I’m not going to probably buy the product from this business! If you don’t like your job please get a different one instead of ruining my family’s experience here ! I will say that Maddy took over and helped us and was wonderful!! Thank you maddy! Probably will start going to scooters and won’t come back. Then to top it off later about an hour passed I was next door at Wendy’s picking up a Togo order. And just happened to look up and the girl who was rude was in the Togo window talking to someone in drive thru pointing over at me . I mean do you want you job ? This was so unprofessional and honestly if that was one of my employees I would fire her !! She is going to run your business off !

Amazing donuts. Loved the pumpkin donut and the cream cheese danish was incredible!

This place is my comfort place. Always friendly staff. Made my daughter's birthday cake last year it was amazing job. Love, love, love this place.

Really great place. Stopped here on business and had a virtual meeting. Both ladies behind the counter were friendly and welcoming. Coffee and muffins were great!

The cheese danish was amazing (5 stars) super soft, moist and tasty. The caramel pecan croissant, while delicious, was very hard making it difficult to eat (3 stars). The coffee was good (4 stars). The staff were friendly.

Great donuts and drinks, just not the same quality friendly and helpfulness I experienced before. They also didn't put any whipped cream in our hot chocolate. If you replaced your summer staff, please ask them to come back.

Just went last morning at 5am. Over time since I’ve been going, things have changed. The kettle bell danishes have been cut down to the size of tiger tails. The apple fritters seem almost burnt sometimes and crunchy instead of crispy, moist, and chewy. Their fried pies have been the same way a few times. The chocolate cream cheese muffin doesn’t have a full cream cheese center anymore. I remember it goin down through the middle of the pastry not just a dot on top for show. They don’t enforce the mask rule so boomers just waltz in there no mask no problem and are served as they possibly risk these employees that serve them. All this negativity aside, the bagels are still pretty good and some of the classics remain great. It’s just a bummer that they seem to be cutting cost and falling short.

I go here every morning. The staff is friendly always. I even last minute switched up my order and they were so kind about it and understanding.
