Service is very slow. I know that this place is busy but waiting 20 minutes for 2 drinks is ridiculous. I’ve been here a lot and almost every time I’m here they mess up my order. I order a chai without ice to have the next day and they put ice in it every single time. It shows up on the screen correctly but they can’t make the order right. I ordered a salted pumpkin mocha and got a pumpkin spice latte. This isn’t the first time that this has happened. Horrible customer service too. Multiple young adults have taken my order and not been friendly at all. Not impressed.

The absolute best coffee shop I have ever been to. It feels like home and the coffee is fantastic. So many comfy seating options! Also, their southwest salad is my favorite salad in the whole world!

This totally charming was such a surprise. They roast their own coffee. Offer a large case of beautiful pastries that I wanted one of each. A place you'll love to be in.

I travel an hour just to experience this coffee shop each month. Love the food, service and value.

Main Street Roasters espresso beans are the best! I have tried many flavors and they are all so wonderful. The taste is great but so is the way my espresso machine infuses and pours the espresso shot. The pour of espresso is visibly very different from any other bean. The amount of crema is mouth watering. My quiet time spent with Jesus in the morning is extra special with a side of Main Street’s espresso. Thank you for taking the time to make the quality of your beans remarkable and crave worthy.

Main Street is the best! It doesn't matter if I'm just popping in to grab a bag of coffee beans for home, or sitting for a few hours alone or lunch with friends, it's a great place every time! The latest was simply to pick up some dessert for a last minute family gathering. I got 5 different types of baked goods and every one was delicious!
Everyone is helpful and kind. Always a lovely experience!

My husband and I are now Nappanee residents and we LOVE walking to Main Street. It is a staple of our week! We love the staff, location, and the prices. The rewards program is fantastic! In my personal opinion, it's the best coffee shop in the county!

This is a great small town coffee shop with lots of room to sit, chat, and simply drink coffee!
