Sunshine Cafe Muncie

We went to have breakfast. They had a wide variety of breakfast items on the menu along with drinks. The waitress was very polite and did a very good job on her job .

The food was excellent. And the waitress was GREAT! We enjoyed a BLT with a Cole slaw and two eggs, bacon, sausage, gravy and toast. The coffee was good.

Good size portions. Prices are comparable to like type restaurants. Menu has something for everyone. Staff was warm service with a smile. Restroom was cramped hardly any room to turn around though it was clean. Over all a good place to grab a bite to eat

I would give them less than one star if I could. We arrived at about 1:40 p.m. not a real busy time on a Tuesday. We entered at the enter only door with masks on as requested. We went to entrance to dining areas where a big sign blocked the way saying wait to be seated. We stood there a good 10 minutes. We are staring right at servers and kitchen workers wandering all around, but no one even looked at us or said a word. My husband finally said that's enough, we are leaving. So we walked out the exit only door. Went right down the street to Red Apple and were immediately seated and waited on by friendly staff. Also the service and food there were very good. Boo to you Sunshine and shame on you. I won't recommend you again.

I've wanted to stop here for a long time. I wasnt disappointed. The service was great. Very friendly people and attentive. The food was exceptional. This is now my favorite place to go. I had swiss steak dinner. Good price, lots of food and it was amazing. I'll tell everyone I know about this place.

Absolutely love this place!! The family and I tried Sunshine a few months ago while in to look at houses and loved it.
Great food, Excellent service and extremely fair priced.
We made 3 visits to Muncie over the last 5 months and at there each time we were in town. Food was constantly good and the services was top notch every time.

half of our order was wrong. The french toast was delicious but my husband's food was consistently wrong 3 times. smh. he had to send his steak and eggs back 3 times. 1st time his eggs were scrambled (asked for over medium), 2nd time his steak was so bloody it was still alive on his plate ( asked for medium well), 3rd time they brought him 2 hard boiled eggs...like wth...I don't know if it was our server or the cook... needless to say we won't ever be back!!
