Sunshine Cafe Muncie

Sat at table over 20 min before taking our order. Waited 40 min for food and the eggs were under cooked. Had to flag down waitress and have eggs cooked longer. By time my food got to table husband was almost finished. Waitress was very friendly. But was a bad overall experience. thanks

Meal was good breakfast eggs sausage and home fries with onions and peppers servings was small sweet tea wasn't that good wasn't impressed for the price paid two of us twenty eight dollars plus tip which the server was good. Just a little over priced I felt for the portions we got.

They served runny gravy and wasted the food on the plate, thwy didnt want to serve the rolls which were horrible stale cold small and wrapped in plastic, serving sizes keep getting smaller while price goes up. Serving of fries with steak very small and the coffee was horrible didnt taste like same brand I hadnt been in for awhile. Use to be my favorite place to eat and get coffee and sit and chat. not anymore and thats sad.

This place is awesome for breakfast can't speak for the dinner cause I always get breakfast.

Sun shine is my favorite and go to breakfast cafe in Muncie. It has an awesome home town feel and the staff is very friendly. Also, their portions are very big, so you won't leave hungry!

Reasonably priced local cafe serving comfort food. This cafe serves breakfast all day. There is also a senior menu on the last page. Four of us met for lunch at this busy restaurant between us we had three different sandwiches, two different soups, and one traditional breakfast (eggs, bacon, potatoes, and toast). Everything was very good and server was attentive.

Disappointed I had to rate them a 3 star. I came here often when I was at Ball State and always loved it. But today, I waited for 30 minutes for my food that was cold when it got to my table. Coffee was luke warm at best. My server took my order and then was gone for the 30 minutes until my food arrived. First time I've ever experienced this so maybe it's an off night, but definitely bummed out that this is where I spent my money this evening.

I ordered a philly steak wrap with no bbn peppers. Waitress wrote no M peppers. But I still got peppers. They offered to make me a new one. I refused, it was going to take too long and I didnt have time to wait. I picked peppers off. Took my meds when I got home. However they did discount my drink.
