Delicious and very underrated coffee shop. If you like coffee or chillers and haven't tried Gloria Jean's you are seriously missing out. I honestly like them more than others including Starbucks.

Tried ordering a drink, and I was literally the only person in line, took them a while to even acknowledge that I was there. Longest wait and poor service.

Cashier ignored me when I attempted to order. She only acknowledged when my girlfriend said “you forgot him.” Sunday 9-17-17 was my first time in this place and also my last. I’m going to stick with Starbucks from now on.

Tried returning a cookie jar that I got as gift, it was broken. Would not exchange it even tho it was in original packaging. Will not shop or go there!!

Gloria Jeans has the BEST coffee drinks! OF course just like Starbucks they are loaded with fat BUT, They are much more worth it then SB. The taste is AMAZING! and the service is great and NOT overwhelmingly FAKE like SB. Will ALWAYS choose GJ.

This was the best visit to a Gloria Jeans we have ever experienced! The man that took our order was SO kind and went ABOVE and beyond for us!

I'm always impressed with the product and service at Gloria Jeans at University Park Mall in Mishawaka. Today I tried one of their new Holiday drinks, Sleigh Ride, and it was delicious!

Always my go-to coffee place. A million times better than starbucks/dunkin/bigby/etc.
Coconut mocha frappe is my absolute fav. ❤

Amazing! Best coffee place EVER been here tons of times and never had any issues! If you drink any coffe products you should give toys place a try!
