Really great place to grab a great cocktail or bite to eat! We enjoyed the charcuterie board while we studied- good selection of tables, booths, and lounging chairs. Great atmosphere for a study group or date night. One thing to note is that most of the wooden chairs are pretty tiny and felt a bit unsteady when our party tried to sit. Not an issue for us but may be an accessibility concern for some. The chai tea cocktail was our favorite drink of the night. Highly recommend!

Nicely renovated, definitely more of a cool modern eatery vibe than the cozy coffeeshop I was for some reason expecting. Reaching for more of an upscale look. Not the place you want to cozy down in to knit or bring children.

Food was good with room for improvement (quiche crust was amazing, texture of the filling a little different from the norm and not to my taste, but well cooked. Biscuits were good, eggs undercooked).
Drinks were stunning, as always (Greyhouse always delivers on the drinks)!

Seating near the front is bright and sunny and a delight, (near the back near the black theater curtain and dirty restrooms, not so much). Grab a seat near the front when you can (but watch out, the majority of the seating is uncomfortable kitchen chairs, some not so sturdy). I love that they went for gender neutral restrooms, but the two-stall, 2 bathroom arrangement with a stall neglecting a purse hook and diaper changing station is asking for a little more attention to detail.

Ordering at the table via QR code is convenient and smooth. Menu is simple and beautiful, prices clearly marked and bill easy to split amongst a group. Easy payment and not having to wait for a check is a good touch. Food was delivered promptly and hot.

Since they've just opened I'm assuming there is some room for adjustments along the way. I may stop in for a coffee every now and then but probably won't linger.

I came to check this place out after having a good experience at their other location in West Lafayette. Ordered some breakfast and a coffee. Great atmosphere with views of downtown, and a clean establishment overall. The staff were very kind, competent, and handful. A little loud if you’re trying to work, and just a bit on the pricey side. But overall a wonderful local spot :)

First time visiting and we were greeted at the entrance by a nice staff that explained to us how to order. You just sit down at an empty table and use the QR code to order and even pay for your food before leaving. It's pretty convenient.
However, it took about 1 hour for the food to come out and the place was very noisy and crowded.
The food was good but not outstanding.
I do like that they offer non alcoholic cocktails.

This is a wonderful, welcoming space for all. Every food and beverage item I’ve enjoyed has been delightful. My friends and I have all loved our experiences at The Lobby. My 2 year old enjoys the snickerdoodle donuts. Coffee is amazing as always, and The Leading Lady is my go-to drink for an evening out. I love this new addition to Downtown Lafayette.

I’ve been a fan of Greyhouse since I moved to the Lafayette area ten years ago. They’ve consistently had the best espresso in the area, and their new location doesn’t disappoint. The coffee and espresso is the same as the other locations in West Lafayette, but they have more food options (breakfast and brunch!), and even cocktails, wine, and beer. (One side is a designated 21+ area.)
Finally, the aesthetics. It’s absolutely beautiful. I’ll make a point of adding a picture to this review later, but it’s truly impressive. I highly recommend.

A simple, sophisticated cocktail menu and some great share plates offered in the evening made for the perfect date night. The atmosphere is elegant yet welcoming. Can’t wait to go earlier in the day to try their coffee items!

Cannot say enough about The Lobby. It is beautiful, clean, and spacious with comfortable seating perfect for studying all day or enjoying a cocktail for date night. Also a very inclusive environment welcoming to all. The staff was pleasant and friendly. Sat at the bar for three hours waiting for my wife to be done with her conference and enjoyed the conversation and my drinks. Once my wife arrived we ordered some food and it was phenomenal. The attention to detail rivaled that of a cocktail lounge in New York, Chicago, or LA. Finally the coffee was rich but smooth. What an asset to Lafayette!!!

Definitely a great place to stop by for a nice coffee or tea and to have a great donut in the morning. Good atmosphere to chat with someone in mornings and afternoons, but also a great charcuterie board that can be shared for a nice evening chat.

Very cosy cafe. Nice aromatic coffee. The expresso martini is superb. Greycapp latte art surely got room for improvement.
