Love this place! Great spot, one of the best lattes I've ever had, served in a nice big ceramic coffee mug. Nice. Delicious! Gracious vibe, great service, will be back!

Simply put, it's peaceful. The repurposed building is hand-decorated, spacious, yet cozy. The people are great and if you don't see a friend there, you'll probably quickly make a few. Food is good, too, and prices reasonable. Ideal for meeting a friend, a client, or a group. My favorite place in all of Lafayette!

Love this place. The story of its resurrection is almost as good as the coffee. Great study space for students but also a good and friendly atmosphere for families and locals. Support this place because it isn’t often you find good and honest places like this one.

Great coffe! Very spacious and cozy. Perfect for studying, reading, meeting we with friends, or just to enjoy a good cup of coffee. I loved the vibe and the esthetic atmosphere. There is plenty of seating options, which is alwyas nice for coffee houses. They serve a variety of coffee, tea, pastries, and food options.

Great service. I had the London fog with the garden scramble breakfast. The drink was really good and the food was amazing. 10/10 would recommend.

Went there this morning for breakfast. The coffee was superb and the cinnamon muffin I had was absolutely delicious! Their coffee menu offers all the basics (drip, french press, latte, americano, etc) as well as some house specials. The staff was extremely friendly- and I came in at 7:30! Anyone that can be friendly and helpful at 7:30 in the morning is impressive in my book.
If you're looking for a place with a good "coffee house vibe" this place is great. It's got vaguely hipster decor that all good coffeehouses have-exposed brick, rustic repurposed decorations, Edison lightbulbs, vintage style stools at the coffee bar, the whole 9 yards. But there were also some interesting Christian touches- old pews that had been painted fun colors are used as seating at a few of the tables and Gothic revival pendant lights that look like they came out of an old church hang above the counter. It gave the place a touch of personality and saved it from being cliche.
It was also very quiet. I was there from 7:30 to 8:40 and there were only a few people in and out. If you're looking for a place that feels kind of like Greyhouse sans the bustle and crowding, this Sacred Grounds will do quite nicely!
It's bigger than it looks on the inside too. There's adequate seating for dozens of people, so don't be afraid to bring friends when you visit!
Parking was free, very close to the building, and easily accessible.
I'd highly recommend checking out this awesome local coffeehouse. I've been living in Lafayette for years and had never gone inside... but I'm glad I did and I'll definitely be back!

Hands down the best quality coffee in Lafayette. Their staff is friendly and welcoming and the cafe is spacious with nice rustic decorations. My wife and I visit as often as we can.
