Great Harvest Bread Co.

I occasionally come here for their sourdough bread. Today, I discovered they have great sandwiches, coffee and a little seating area to dine in as well. Everyone is really nice and I was offered to taste their different breads each visit.

I have used Great Harvest several times for catering events. Excellent service, wonderful and filling box lunches and a cheery delivery man! I don't know if there is any more you could ask for. Highly recommend - a quaint place that believes in great value, presentation, quality and customer service!!

I bought my daughter a $50 gift card. They ripped her off and said she didn’t have any money left on the card. When she has $24 and change. And they don’t care. She even showed them receipt showing her balance. The cashier had her slide the card twice. Double charge. Ridiculous!!! I will never go back there.

The best lunch place in Lafayette-hands down! So cute and everything is homemade and handmade within 48 hours! Also great catering!!

I love the fresh baked sourdough and you can't ever go wrong with a cinnamon roll with that delicious frosting!

Update. I am downgrading from five stars to three after I stopped in today over lunchtime to pick up bread. The sandwiches they were making looked good so I ordered the beef and provolone. Every bite was stopped by gristle. Every single bite. My dog was happy to eat all of the ‘meat’.

Had a hard time getting someone to wait on me and couldn't answer questions that I had. The girl kept telling me that she was new. Everyone has a first day somewhere, but train your people or have someone shadow them. Just wasn't my best experience this time.

The experience was great! The sandwich I had was a 3.5/5, but I am sure it was a personal preference. The bread was amazing, and overall the sandwich was good. The apple pie bread sample was delish! Definitely something I’d crave during winter months, so I hope it's available then. I’ll be going back to try different things and be able to give a more accurate, personal review, but overall I was highly satisfied.
