A few vegetarian options, interesting house drinks and some local jewelry.

A great place for a short morning meet-up. K Dee's brings back the sense of community you want in a historic downtown district. The friendly staff, great menu and appealing local art on the walls all work together for a great atmosphere. Definitely an asset to Lafayette. Had a great time there and will be back.

The best cup of coffee in the entire state. Had the hot chocolate today for the first time and I can say with authority that that was the best cup of hot chocolate I've had in my entire life. There is no way to go wrong with Fuel. Everything I have had has been flawless.

New location, new owner. Fuel is a great little hangout. Anyone behind the counter is sure to make you smile, and their Lapsang tea can't be beat. Bonus: they're artist friendly! Check out the featured local artist whose works are displayed inside.

Amazing hang-out and meeting place (one on ones) in downtown Lafayette. I always order the same thing, but the smoked salmon and cream cheese on bagel is great along their specialty drink: Fuel Jack (I get mine iced).

One of my favorite breakfast spots in Lafayette.

Great coffee. Prices are slightly high, but the quality of food and drink are on par. Quiet attractive interior. Free WiFi, nice staff, good vegetarian options. All around great local coffee shop.

Best coffee I have found. We have friends in Nebraska and Oregon that crave it. Freshly roasted, aromatic beans. Servers have long tenure and know their customers - fun, neighborly, real. Morning gets grumpy around our house without KDees.

The food and coffees are really good. The service is wonderful. Page, one of the employees whose name I probably didn't spell correctly, took the time to explain menu items for me since they didn't have a braille menu. The place was busy so I especially appreciated her taaaakiiinnng the time to help. If you are a person with a disability, you will find their website inaccessible. I notified them today and look forward to some changes soon. If you use a wheelchair, there is a sign on Fuel's door that instructs you to dial a number to speak to someone inside who will direct you to their wheelchair accessible entrance.

What a cozy coffee shop! My wife really likes the Snickers latte, and I like the selection of whole bean coffees to take home.
