Fuel has proved itself to be a fine place to unwind and enjoy good coffee. I visited the location around 1230 on a Wednesday. The interior decor allows an individual to relax, and the soft music was calming to me, an otherwise hypersensitive to items x, y, and z individual. I would recommend it, and will likely visit again soon.

I love the environment here and all of the people who work here are super awesome! This is my favorite coffee shop. All the drinks are great, but the 'Dirty Ivan' and the 'Julia Ghoulia' are absolutely fantastic!

Nice quiet little place to do homework or chat with friends. Unique food and coffee is really good. Always a friendly staff!

Came here twice, on consecutive days. Such good honest and local coffee. The atmosphere is exceptional, the coffee delicious, and the people downright interesting. I wish I lived closer so I could come more often.

Nice space and people. Drip coffee was just so so. It was weak.

Everything here is delicious, but my favorite is the dirty chai. They make it better than anyone else in town! The staff are always friendly and helpful, and I don't feel judged for my drink choice, like in a certain other coffee shop downtown.

UPDATE: New owners, I believe. Complimentary donuts the last time I was there. I think the game has been stepped up and I would recommend this place to anybody. I don't think think there are any roasting machines on-site but after its name-change, it doesn't matter- the advertising matches the product and nobody can be fooled.

OLD:
This is not a roaster. There is no roasting machine at this facility. A huge let down for those who understand roasting. HOWEVER, I was told by the owner that the coffee is, in fact, roasted at a large capacity facility in another nearby town making it still better than Starbucks.

Easily the best coffee shop in the greater Lafayette area, for the coffee, the food, and the super friendly service. They now roast their beans in-house and offer a variety of roasts and flavors. Their breakfast and lunch foods are all amazing. I personally love the apple streusel pancakes for breakfast and the bruschetta panini for lunch. My only complaint is that I think they close too early, at 4 p.m every day, but that's just my own opinion. :)

Best locally owned place for a vegetarian or omnivore to grab a bite and get jacked on caffeine. Watched the owner help an older indigent out with a coffee, zucchini bread, and a ride today. Fuel cares about this community and it shows. They can have my money anytime i have a few bucks to spare. Respect.

This is my go-to coffee shop multiple times a week. Some of their great coffee options are the Dirty Ivan, Nitro brew, or simply enjoy their own roasted beans!

If you are hungry, they have a simple but diverse menu. Anything from my personal favorite the Blueberry Streusel pancakes, an incredible sausage breakfast sandwich, great paninis, and even different soup options.

The atmosphere is very bright and welcoming. Above the door there is stained glass and the walls are covered by local art.

The best part of this local shop is by far the people!
