I drove past this business today, as I do every day, and did not stop.
There are at least a half dozen other coffee shops within approximately one mile radius and those will get my business.
I have never experienced such rudeness, incompetence, and aggressively entitled attitude as I did from the employees of this business.
They failed to be able to answer the phone and take a SIMPLE phone order, they failed to address their own confusion and incompetence, and, in the end, they failed to actually make two drinks properly.
They did argue, insult, and berate..
Let me be clear... this owner has decided to turn their business over to a little team of poorly trained and incompetent almost high school children with ZERO customer service skills - even down to being able to answer the phone, take an order, and make a cup of coffee.
I had been here twice and enjoyed my coffee and the staff, but today was an unbelievable contrast to my previous visits.
I won't be back, I won't recommend, and I will delight in telling my story of my horrible and borderline abusive experience in simply trying to get 2 cups of coffee from this horribly managed business.
Answer your phone, take an order, make the coffee. Oh, be nice.
It's really not typically that complicated. NONE of that happened with my experience here.

My favorite local coffee shop! Great warm and inviting atmosphere! Staff is always welcoming and accommodating! Also a great menu for a coffee shop. Anything from bakery items, quiches, to panini's and great desserts. . especially the creme brulee. Fuel never disappoints!

Excellent quality. I had an oatmilk latte, and the flavor of the espresso was not comparable in this town. So delicious. Very cute local coffee shop tucked away in a neighborhood. Almost didn't want to post to keep it a secret!

Made a quick stop to buy a bag of their excellent coffee beans. Best beans in the area if you grind your own at home. Was in and out in 2 minutes.
First time inside the new 5 Points location. Much nicer and roomier than Main & 10th.

A little pricey but their s'mores latte will keep me coming back.

Outstanding locally roasted coffee, creative and healthy food, and a really great vibe. It’s so refreshing to find a coffee shop that’s not trying to imitate a franchise. This is my favorite place to get coffee.

Fuel is a great place to meet friends, business associates and even meet new people you don't know are friends yet:) The owner and the staff are very kind, helpful people who make sure you're taken care of well!

I love this little coffee shop! I wanted to try a new study spot, and Fuel did not disappoint. They have fun drinks that you can’t find elsewhere and the atmosphere is great for both studying or hanging out. The cutest little fireplace too!

Coffee is amazing!! This is a small local place that is frequented by locals. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is good- I've only had a bagel. However, I am looking forward to their coffe cake muffin. I am in love with their Fuel Jack and the Dirty Ivan is good. I just wish I lived closer so I could go every day.

A great atmosphere and an incredible owner who takes pride in serving the community, engages customers staff and everyone she crosses paths with! The menu offers something for everyone and the coffee is second to none! Keeping it real at fuel both East and west!
