Adorable little place!! I love their bubble tea! My D&D group has played here a few times. They also have a coffee and canvas regularly! Staff is nice and courteous and there's tons of cool art to look at!

Tried out the painting class with a friend and had such a good time we want to go again.

We used to love ordering from here. We live far out and nothing else will deliver really. We started trying their coffees when we found GrubHub and ordered basically every day. At first, everything was always right and was amazing! Unfortunately it seems as though they became lazy and started messing up our orders almost every time. We ordered coffees both of which were the wrong size and flavor, the soup we ordered was not the correct soup (which I couldn't eat as the grease would make me throw up being 8 months pregnant), we ordered a box of coffee which is literally all we received, no cups, no sugar, nothing, and last night we ordered the 1lb bag of coffee beans which they gave us the 4 dollar bag. These examples were all seperate orders.This morning we tried to order and were informed that they would no longer send delivery orders for us. When I called to speak to the owner she was extremely hostile and angry. She would not apologize for the mess ups of her employees. Apparently it is our fault that our orders were not filled correctly and the fact that the owner, instead of fixing the problem, training employees correctly, and making sure orders are made right, chose to fault the customer who literally ordered from them basically every day. Not only was she extremely rude to me, but she was horribly rude to the delivery driver as well, for what reason, I don't know. And this was before I called to speak to her. It's disgusting that the owner couldn't take responsibility for the actions of her employees, but rather complain about money she lost. How about the hundreds of dollars we've spent ordering from you because we loved your coffee? Yes we got refunded for the mess ups, but that is not our fault. As a business owner if you make a mistake, own up to it. Confront your employees for not doing their job. Not banning a loyal customer because your employees constantly mess up our orders. It's very concerning how angry the owner got when confronted. I have all of my phone calls recorded and I have proof of the absolute immaturity and irresponsible behavior of the owner. I will also be contacting the BBB as this is ridiculous behavior. I will NEVER be ordering again or shopping in store after this insane outburst by the owner.

I hate people and my friend said that shizz tastes like nail polish and paint.

Tried their mango smoothie and loved it! Also must tries are their famous bubble tea! Very presentable and clean. Staff was very friendly as well!

I love this place! Always gotta visit when I'm up here. The people are friendly, the coffee and bubble tea are lights-out, and they have the biggest flavor list I've ever seen. The candy is also affordable and really good. :) I recommend it!

We are new to Laporte. Stopped at Hot Spot
for the 1st time after dropping our dog at the groomers. What a delight. I tried the watermelon
Bubble Tea, it was a tasty experience.
My husband had a Peppermint latte. He said it was very good. We also enjoyed a cinnimon caramel muffin and scone. Yum!
We spent over an hour at the Hot Spot looking at the Panorama Entertainment magazine and planned for our upcoming week adventures.

Visited here for the first time today. Ordered a large black coffee, which tasted good. Very reasonable prices. I appreciate that they use "Fusion" brand cups that use fewer resources but that do not need a sleeve to keep from burning one's hands.

The building is clean, spacious, and inviting. There is plenty of selection between the beverages and baked goods. Also, the customer service was excellent with the staff being friendly and welcoming. It's conveniently located with side street parking, locally owned, and a short walk from my office, so I will surely return.

Hotspot cafe is the perfect little town hot spot for coffee, desserts all the way to painting classes. Everyone is so friendly and the atmosphere is so relaxing. Stop by and partake for yourself and see why I just love this establishment.

They often sell out on their painting events so I would visit them to see which events speak to you and reserve yourself a seat.

I have been to many bubble/boba tea places. Never have I been to one without tapioca boba or Thai tea. They are almost basic staples to bubble tea! I Will happily change my review to 5 stars if they add these 2 items to the menu :)
