I came in on a VERY busy morning with GEN CON going on right across the street. The line was out the door. All the staff were working really hard and my coffee was delicious! They even accommodated my reusable cup instead of a disposable cup. 5 stars!
You could tell the barista (go Sara!) really enjoyed her job and serving customers. Seemed like she needed a little help during the convention, but she was great to talk to while we waited. The pastries were okay, and the sausage egg cheese biscuits were much better than I expected. It was small but not too busy, especially considering the ongoing convention right across the street with 6000 people. Drinks were good! It was all a tad more expensive than expected, but definitely better quality and price than what’s available in the center. We made it a regular during our conference.
Convenient location from across the ICC. Service was kind and compassionate, there was some bickering from behind the counter and the line was long for the amount of staff working, so I get it. This is why I'm rating two stars: the food was low quality for the price, with limited options to choose from. The ambiance was small and crowded with little room to set up for work. The wifi was not working, which should have been addressed so I didn't waste an hour of my day waiting in line, waiting for the wifi to work, ultimately for me to get my $8 coffee and go back to the convention center.
This was not good. Their coffee tasted like gas station coffee, and my wife’s Chai latte had zero chai flavor. Literally none. It was just plain milk. On top of that the service was slow and expensive.
Coffee shops need to use quality ingredients and care about their product. This place clearly didn’t.
My friends and I were looking for a caffeine fix in the morning, and we ended up checking out Pulse Coffee. Honestly, it was a really chill place and I'd definitely go again. I had their breakfast burrito and their chai tea. First time I ever had both of those, and I was not let down. If you're ever wandering around and you have a hankering for some coffee or tea, I'd easily recommend Pulse Coffee.
The service Is. So. Slow. I waited 25 minutes for a simple iced tea. People ahead of me were coming back saying after the long wait, their orders were wrong (example: iced coffee + cream missing cream). It doesn’t look like anybody is hustling to get the wait time down. 4 ppl behind the counter and 2 more who might be friends?

Chai latte was really good. Turkey and cheese sandwich hit the spot. Prices are reasonable

Closed. It shows it should be open, but it is definitely not - Tuesday morning 7:30am.
