Everyone who works there is super nice and welcoming. I've never had a coffee I didn't like and they always have fun new drinks every season. Also their breakfast sandwiches are really good too!!

$3.22 for a small, 12oz coffee? As much as I want to love this place (quaint and welcoming interior), I won't come back as that's alot to pay for SELF serve coffee and I still had to go back to counter to get cream. Yes, coffee was tasty, but so are plenty of others for $2.50 for small/12oz.

This was our first time here. It won't be the last! This place immediately jumped to the top of our list for morning coffee and breakfast.
Service is phenomenal, coffee & food are both very good.
Pleasant, quiet atmosphere.
They have a few outside tables for warmer weather.
Overall great place!

Great coffee shop!! The service was amazing and super friendly workers. I also had the best Vanilla Chai ever!! Thanks for a great start to our day!

OMG you must stop by here! Cinnamon scones are DELICIOUS! Wonderful iced Venetian cream latte and the server was friendly and helpful. I can't wait to have another latte in a mug when restrictions are lifted. My new favorite coffee shop!

I love Lulu’s! I grew up and went to college in a community that had tons of locally owned, small coffee shops… so those are my favorite places to get coffee now.
When I moved to the area about a year ago, I had a hard time finding somewhere nearby for coffee that wasn’t Starbucks or Dunkin. There are plenty of cute coffee shops downtown, in fountain square or in broad ripple, but that’s not a realistic stop for me regularly or on my morning commute.
Lulus is the perfect coffee shop! They have such great food and great coffee, are allergen/diet friendly, have great flavors and non-coffee drinks, and SUCH KIND STAFF! They also have a loyalty card where you get a free drink after so many drink purchases. I love stopping by here after the gym or on my way to work in the morning

My first visit to Lulu's was decent. Staff was friendly.
I had their bean soup and London Fog tea. Wasn't spectacular but I enjoyed the warmth.
I will try their coffee next if I'm in the area.

This was my first time at Lulu's. The breakfast sandwich was delicious and I loved the cheddar cheese on it. The iced vanilla chai was the best chai I've had anywhere. The store it's self is very clean and warm, inviting. Also, the cranberry scones are delightful.

Accessibility concern: Their menu is on standard sized paper on clipboards placed in a bin, which was placed after the register. I didn't see them until after I ordered and the cashier didn't offer them to us. Their website and Instagram also doesn't have the menu with descriptions. This is an accessibility issue; folks with developmental disabilities like autism, ADHD, audio processing disorders, deafness etc need a menu to read to get their orders met. My suggestion is to offer the menu to guests or place it in front of the register, AND post your menu with descriptions on your website. Because there were no descriptions or menus available, I ordered the tuxedo off your holiday chalkboard expecting the standard black/white mocha. What I got was a hot chocolate. If I had a menu with descriptions I wouldn't have ordered that.
