BIGGBY COFFEE in GRANGER

Coffee is great. However this guy jumped the drive through line and I had to walk inside for coffee. How rude!

I stopped in for the first time. I normally visit the Elkhart location.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Great customer service and was told to enjoy my birthday drink as I left. I am sure I will stop in again if I am out that way.

Better than Starbucks. I love their sweet cream so much more than Starbucks. The bagel sandwiches are my FAVORITE breakfast sandwich. The Asiago bagel with ham and cheese. Biggby coffee won’t leave your tongue brown like Starbucks. I either get black coffee or the sweet cream matcha with chia. Try it!!

Their coffee is outstanding far better than Starbucks or Dunkin. The only problem I have with this specific location is the drive-thru is tricky and generally the lines are long both inside and out. Overall though my favorite place to get coffee.

I read another review that said this place is better than Starbucks. I hope so! Starbucks is the Dollar Tree of Coffee (except the prices of course). The staff here do not know how to make an Americano! To make an Americano you fill the cup with hot water, THEN, you pull the shot and pour it into the hot water. If you pull the shot and dump it into the bottom of the cup, then pour in hot water on top it destroys the crème of the shot and it basically tastes like Denny's drip coffee. It is overpriced for the quality you get. We lived in Seattle for 20 years and my wife was a professional barista for several years, we know Espresso, and this place serves black water.

I go to this location because of the employees. They are always friendly, and they always make my order right. I visit this location on a regular basis

The nice and comfortable BIGGBY experience I have come to love. The employees were pleasant and the coffee superb!

The baristas at this store are all exceptional! The owner, however, is rude and provides little sense of customer satisfaction. Both of my drinks were supposed to have been caramel pumpkin spice. One was supposed to be decaf and the other regular. When my drinks were handed to me, they were both caffeinated and only one had pumpkin spice. When I said something, the manager became flustered and very rude with me. I did not get rude. I was very patient despite the fact I was in a hurry (he or the the bristas would have had no clue I was in a hurry). I was asked not to come back to his store. I politely said, no problem. There are many other coffee shops around.

They are fast and accurate. The inside is kept clean and neat. The coffee is good too.

The Biggby in Granger is the best! The workers are always kind and the service is quick. My husband and I always order the Sweet foam caramel cold brew and it always hits home for us. Go out and treat yourself with a loved one at Biggby and you won’t be disappointed! 😊
