Black Forest Cat Café

I visited here for the first time recently and fell in love with it!! The cats were so friendly and adorable, the coffee was delicious, and the people behind the counter were so pleasant! It was a wonderful experience and I would love to go there as often as I can!

They have plenty of coffee and tea options to choose from. They also have pastries too. Of course the main highlight is the kitties hanging out in their room. We didn’t know you have to reserve time to hangout with the babies. Next time we go there we’ll be prepared. The cats are available for adoption and over 240+ kitties have found a furever home. What an amazing place!

This place is so much fun! I just moved here and had to leave my cat behind with my family there and this was the much needed kitty love and experience that I needed. I fell in love with some of the cats and wish that I could take them home with me, but they are so sweet and the food and drink is great! I definitely recommend getting a lemonade with strawberry flavoring and popping boba (it was AMAZING!!!). I honestly will be going back more regularly as I hope I can eventually take one of them home :)

We had a wonderful visit to this cafe. The mango lemonade with popping strawberry boba was refreshing. I was so happy to spend time in the cat room. We were the only ones with reservations at the time and it was so nice to have the room to ourselves. All the cats were so sweet and it makes my heart so happy that this cafe was created. They’ve had over 200 cats adopted out since opening and I think it’s a great way to showcase adult cats that may often be overlooked in the shelter. It is also a good way to see more of their personalities to see which one might fit your household best. I did not go to adopt but I stead just to give these sweet kitties some love and attention. In turn, my heart was so full when we left. I plan on returning, even though it’s an hour drive to get there. It’s worth it. I mean what could be better than coffee and kitties?! The staff was friendly and the space was very clean. I liked the windows to see into the cat room also if you’d rather not go in or to watch them while you eat/wait for your reservation time. 10/10. Would HIGHLY recommend! ⭐️

The staff are knowledgeable about the cats and friendly to visitors.
I recommend booking ahead of your visit in order to guarantee there's space in the cat room. They grant entrance to the cat room at the top of the hour, but they'll let in late guests.
Drinks are permitted in the cat room but not food items.
I hope they add shorter visiting times in the future. Other cat cafés I've visited give guests a colored lanyard to indicate how long their session is.

First time I went here. I don’t have much to compare or expect, but I didn’t have any issues or confusions.

Everything was laid out perfectly. When one member didn’t fill in the form, they reminded us and checked in nicely.

The white mocha coffee was very good.

What can you say? A place to go and hang out with the cutest adoptable kitties!!! They offer coffee and snacks here that are just fine. But the main draw is those precious felines. Whether your looking for a biscuit maker or just to come decompress from the sh*t show that is life; BFCC is the place to do it. 10/10 highly recommend

The coffee here is so good. Very quality and yummy. They have so many adorable shirts and jewelry you can purchase. The cafe is a wide open space with lots of windows and seating. They’re always running on time and do a wonderful job of getting each group in and out of the cat room. You can tell they take excellent care of the kitties based on how the cats react to their caretakers after only being there a short period. There are ample litter boxes, safe hiding spaces, towers, scratch posts, and other things to help the cats feel safe and happy. I love coming here and plan on returning.

Everything from start to finish was lovely! The staff is so kind and welcoming. The coffee was delicious. And getting to hang out in a room with cats while sipping coffee and talking to other cat & coffee lovers was really a great experience. As a rescuer who fosters cats in need, I really loved that the cats were available for adoption through the local shelter. These cats provide comfort and joy and are rewarded with their forever home and family. It's heartwarming and I can't wait to go back.

I had such a great time! The coffee was delicious, the cats were adorable, and the merch they had for sale was top notch! I got my coffee and cat fix and even left with a little souvenir to remember my time. I’ll definitely be back!
