Food was delicious both Greek donuts and Panini. Store was very clean and customer service was top notch. Eli took our order and was very informative, can't wait for a store to open in Richmond!

Saw the billboard on the highway and decided to stop by. Omg I had the best frappe and loukoumades!! Will definitely be back!! I looooved it!!!

Coffee was wonderful. Staff was great. Location was beautiful. Y'all got to come and check it out it's worth it!

Nice quiet little place. Good food, quick service and the young lady behind the counter was very polite and smiled even though she was alone with multiple orders to complete.

It's no secret, I love Cafe Neo! Whether you're a local looking for a daily dose of caffeine or just passing through while traveling, Cafe Neo has exactly what you need. Not only are the drink options abundant and delicious the staff is incredibly nice and helpful. Be sure to try the loukoumades (Greek donuts) or one of their paninis. Our favorite drinks so far are the Freddo Cappuccino, Cinnamon bun latte, and a cold brew. The newest favorite of our daughter's is the boba tea.

Extremely Rude, not even 7:00pm 10 minutes until 7:00 the girl working seen me walking up and she rudely walked towards me running her mouth and shaking her head then flipped the open sign off. Traveling so a nice cup of espresso would have been greatly appreciated and took extra time to find this and get off the highway with a trailer just to get rude service and no espresso and closed early. Don't waste the time here they will just close early on you and run to lock and flip the light off in front of your face. Change your hours online if you don't plan to stay open. It says closes at 7:00pm not 6:50pm....

I recommend Cafe Neo!

I was looking for a Starbucks-style of coffee shop. The closest actual Starbucks is about a 40min drive away. So I found Cafe Neo and I was so impressed! The sugar free caramel frappucino (they call it blended) was amazing!! Exactly what I was craving! And the ham and cheese breakfast sandwich was very tasty. I will definitely return and look forward to trying several more of their drinks! I used their website to order online and was able to choose everything I wanted for my drink, including non-dairy milk and sugar free syrup.
