Best Friends Coffee & Bagels

Went with a group of people on busy Saturday afternoon and liked the overall atmosphere and concept. I got the JV bagel but was disappointed that this specific bagel was not toasted. All the frappes were very good though. The lunch bagels seemed to be a bigger hit than the breakfast bagels. But if you get a breakfast bagel I would get one with unique toppings. Think they need more than one cashier and should place the menus by the entrance instead of next to register. Also need to find a way to connect the order room to the seating room to provide a more connected space. I THINK THEY NEED A PAGER OR NUMBER SYSTEM SO THE PICKUP PROCESS IS EASIER FOR EVERYONE. Overall, it was good enough to try again during the week or early in the morning on weekend. I am determined to love this place, especially since one of the owners is a fellow boilermaker. Hope my feedback helps :)

Very good breakfast/lunch spot. The building/ space set up is a little different but there are several places to find a seat and chat with a friend. Very fun and cheery atmosphere. Staff was very friendly. I got the chorizo egg and cheese Asiago bagel and it was very tasty. I was also really surprised and impressed with how many different drink options they had. I got a frozen wild berry something and it was so fresh and very good. I think I’ll have to try their frozen coffee flight next time.

First time here and was very impressed. There was a line out the door which told me this place was amazing. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and my friend ordered a bagel sandwich. Both were fresh and tasted great. Only criticism I have is that they call you up when your drink/coffee is ready, then they call you up again when your sandwich is ready, then again when bagel is ready. Apparently the bagels are made by the cashier and the sandwiches come from the kitchen. Her sandwich was done about 5 minutes before my bagel was ready. Maybe they could get entire order together before calling someone up to counter. It caused a lot of confusion on a busy Friday morning. Overall very impressed and everything tasted great!

every time i’ve been it’s been more than amazing! i’ve gotten many different coffee options (obsessed with coffee hehe) and as someone who works at a coffee shop, it’s delicious every single time! the staff is always so helpful and friendly and the vibes are always amazing when i walk in. you guys rock!! <3 :)

Bagels and coffee are very good. Great place for a short meet up. Outside seating and wifi available. Additional seating inside in a separate room.

The place puts quite the markup on their products though. Competitively speaking, their coffee is expensive but their quality is not lacking.

This place *almost* provides a unique and inspiring cold brew coffee experience until you realize they're just pumping different flavored syrups into everything. The sandwich menu lacks imagination, as there are only 2 items that don't contain red meat, and only 1 of them is vegetarian. Perfect for the bacon and syrup connoisseur... but then again, so is an IHOP. I would come back and try again if they made changes.

Only time I had to pour my coffee down the drain. We ordered 2 lattes with an extra espresso shot each and all we could taste was milk. Their bagel sandwiches were amazing though.

This is NOT a place for coffee lovers.

The cold brew flight is worth the visit! Clean, spacious, and plenty of outlets. Good coffee, lots of menu options, and not pretentious. Hidden gem.

Chico is a co-owner of this cozy coffee and bagel destination. I met Chico today at the Brownsburg Rotary Club. GREAT JAVA!

Best friends is amazing! Everything I have ever ordered is the most AMAZING thing ever. Food is AMAZING. coffee is AMAZING everything. The employees are very friendly and nice. I come here very often. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND STOPPING IN!!!!!!!!
