I placed my order on the Scooters App. Ordering was easy and I got to take my time to look at the menu. I pulled up to the speaker and they found my order and me pull around. Everything was made fresh when I pulled up and it was already paid for. My drink was fantastic. The food was hot and tasty, great for on the go.

Prices are better than Starbucks. The coffee was good. Staff was nice. Cake bites were amazing! Highly recommend for people that are not impatient!

Ordered breakfast sandwich and a coffee. A little overpriced considering how small the sandwich is...one little piece of bacon and a pre-made egg. Tasted pretty good otherwise. Coffee was alright. Customer service was great and very accommodating!

I usually love Scooter's. Tonight I ordered and pulled up to the window. The girl in the drive thru handed me straws that were unwrapped....which I thought was weird and uncleanly. Then I got my smoothies and my peanut butter smoothie tasted like vanilla. They had forgotten the PB. Also, there were still huge chunks of ice in all three of the smoothies I ordered. I've noticed that it's been pretty hot or miss...but I love it when it's good!

Be close to a bathroom if you eat at a place named scooters. Good but overpriced. There was only one person in front of me and after I got to the window there was still a 60-90-second wait and I only got a drink. I'm glad there wasn't 10 people in front of me.

Beware. When we got home from Scooters (Bluffton) today, we checked our bank account. The girl scanned our bank card twice😡 of course one was for our order and the other was different price, not ours. So watch out. Check your bank account , credit cards. Not even about the money, its about this girl stealing from people!!!!!!!!😡😡 Stop this thief!!!!!

Ordered a sausage bagel while watching the drive thru associate (after handling payments) making my bagel he coughed in his right hand (no gloves) proceeded to open the white wrapper, with the hand he coughed in, inside the wrapper where my bagel went. Tried to contact the manager as she stated on social media was the best way to contact her but no reply. Emailed corporate as this is a big concern on food handling. Not only should they be wearing gloves when handling food but the drive thru associate taking cash should not be handling food

The first time I tried it, it tasted alright. The second time was terrible, so I know they messed something up. And the lines are long. They take forever just to get a single coffee out. Don’t even waste your time. Overpriced gross drinks 🥴

I've been sitting in line for 10 minutes and have barely moved. I love coffee but I'm not sure I'm patient enough to come here a lot. Hopefully this gets better with time.
