Drip and Culture - Socially Minded Coffee

The coolest little coffee shop with very unique flavored lattes. I loved everything I tried there! I wanted to buy all the plants and mugs they had on display. You will regret not checking this place out!

Hands down the best coffee in Waukegan/ Gurnee. And not just the coffee, the employees were incredibly kind and polite, the atmosphere was beautifully decorated and detailed. Located in the Gonzalez Grocery store, this is definitely a must try place. Great to have such an amazing coffee shop so close to home, will definitely return and often.

Coffee was DELICIOUS and waaaay better than what I’ve had anywhere else! So unique, creative and yummy! I’d recommend anyone to come here!!! Definitely a great experience and will be returning :))

I’ve own a small business here in Waukegan and had always been looking for a place where I could sit and have a coffee that will give me a great start for the day or to have some interviews with new crew since Covid-19 made us close our location we had I work from home and it’s been challenging to interview people in our business, I’ve found the great place where I could come and sit and sip a coffee or matcha;
They also have the same thoughts about changing our community, loved the fact that we like to support the people in our community to keep Waukegan a better place. Thank you drip and culture for the amazing things you do!!!

I finally made it to Drip & Culture Socially Minded Coffee in Waukegan this morning 🌄! I had a Lavender Latte and it was delicious 😋! I highly recommend this place!

Three totally different people recommended this place to me before I went. It's amazing. You want high quality, classic espresso drinks? Fun seasonal drinks? Good vibes? It has it all to perfection.

This staff is so very nice. Coffee, beans or grounds, are reasonably priced and very good.

This is one of the raddest coffeeshops I’ve been to. Hidden inside a Mexican tiendita, Drip & Culture offers a super hospitable space to immerse yourself in Waukegan culture.
The Coffee is great. I had their cold brew with homemade horchata, which is one of their many creative takes on cold drinks.
They carry work by local artists, 30% of their proceeds go to support their local library, and every detail tells a story of their community.
It takes a while to find it but it’s worth the journey. Super kid friendly too! My threw boys loved being there and Adam, the owner, was super welcoming.

Check. This. Place. Out. Amazing coffee, excellent atmosphere, you can even get groceries and a really cool assortment of houseplants at the exact same location; The Horchata Cold Brew is delicious!
