My first visit to that coffee store, Why?
Because I felt more comfortable and open space in other in the same shopping center.
I ordered Dark chocolate Largr with whipped cream on top. One lady took my order to kindly. I waited maybe 10 minutes. In that time arrived one guy and He took my order and made with not happiness mood. Then, the other lady took the drink and announce my number, but one customer guy took my drink. He smelled my chocolate and the other lady, maybe his girlfriend opened maybe my drink. I said, sorry... that is maybe my drink.
I took my drink and called to lady and asked if that drink was Dark chocolate with whipped cream and She said me yes. I opened front her and the drink was no complete on top and not consistency drink and never you couldn't see the whipped cream. I explained and the lady never comprehend me. I leave without my chocolate drink, because It was my first time there.
Then I took the decision to come back and I said please, return my money. I received The guy exclamation: "for 6$!". He disgusted. He never empathize with me, always bad aptitude.
Bad service.
I checked my reimbursement and I went to Dennys ... and the Lady attended me better than that place.

I love their smoothies but the Asian guy w the tattoos was honestly rude as hell like it made me feel really uncomfortable and I just hope it didn’t have to do with my race

Some visits are better than others. The bingsoo is a bit inconsistent. My favorite is the green tea bingsoo. The bubble tea is alright but their chai is good.

They have delicious bubble teas and smoothies, my favorite is Taro bubble tea , the only problem with this place and this is why I have them 4 stars is that they never have double tapioca available , doesn’t matter the time of the day morning afternoon or evening they always say “we cannot do it at this time”. I’m not sure why they can’t prepare extra tapioca since lots of customers obviously ask for it and it extra revenue for them. It’s getting frustrating since I like to have lots of tapioca in my bubble tea and extra tapioca is never an issue for other bubble tea places.

I used to like their bubble tea a lot but now they make it way way too sweet

I really liked this place... The only drawback is it was too busy.

Today was my first time here...

"Original Bing Soo" - flavorful and unexpected. Made a choice to not look up what it was. Sweet, creamy, spongy (marshmallow) with good chocolate.

Next on the list is a flavorful Belgium style waffle with a sweet caramel syrup, whipped fresh cream, and coffee flavored ice cream. The crispy outside with the soft inside was done almost perfect. The syrup was not called out to be caramel so was a pleasant surprise. Ice cream was very good coffee flavor without being overpowering.

Good but not great Expresso (slightly under pulled probably due to quantity of people here).

French press was decent compliment but again not great. Well worth the price. Service was prompt and efficient.

I had a really bad time coming to this boba shop it was my first time in a long time coming here, I walked in and a worker with grey hair and with tattoos on his arm was already upset because we were the last people to come in, we got waffles and boba and we asked for whip cream and gave us attitude saying “it costs money” as if we wouldn’t pay.. we payed for the whip cream, then kicked everyone out the store while some customers were still waiting for their stuff at least 10 of us still waiting, then blast music on full blast not being considerate of all the rest of the customers, we were the last people to get our stuff and then to top it off throw the whip cream at us with attitude, I won’t be coming here until there is better management!!

I ordered mango smoothies they had no flavor. No sugar. Mango tasted like old literally old fruit. So disappointed.

Waited half an hour. 4 customers ahead of me got their orders. Why did I even bother tipping when I never got my order. Just asked for a refund and left empty handed and disappointed when I was looking forward to my favorite drink after work.

Good food with very friendly staff. A bit pricy, but still delicious.
