If I could a zero for this place I would. First of all, they got our drinks messed up TWICE. We were very patient and waited, while the staff was rude and inattentive. When we told the barista that our drink was wrong, he gave us a nasty glare and sighed. Very unprofessional.

This place is always busy. Great and cool spot for social meet ups. Amazing shakes, coffee, teas, waffles, bubble tea, ice-creams available. Must try the famous Bing Soo and it comes in many flavors, we tried green tea flavor and it was different and unique. Bubble tea is the hot selling beverage.

Fruit smoothie with tapioca wasn’t very flavorful. Had a good vibe, took about 10 minutes to get the drink.

Great little place for coffee, bubble tea, and frappes! They have a cute little set up inside as well. They have a large table in the front that is perfect for club meetings!

I tried various bubble smoothie places around the area and their bubble smoothies is what keeps us coming back. Especially the Taro smoothie which is super rich in flavor. The bingsoo cups and bowls are also delicious. Their fresh waffles are a hit or miss here sometimes they’re good sometimes they’re undercooked you just never know. Other than that you get friendly service but prepare to deal with a crowd during their busy times. Only gave it four stars because they don’t offer order ahead service which would be really convenient.

Classic dish water taste coffee.The place looks like it’s on its last leg.Perhaps due to Covid.
Lots of sugar spiked menu items.Not to my taste.Sat outside.Uncomfortable and unattended.

very very good boba, well cooked. lychee jelly and milk tea was also very good!! pretty sweet, so if you don't like a lot of sugar/sweetness this might not be for you, but they have so many options there. Tried their Chai milk tea as well and it was super good - nice and cinnamon-y and also nicely sweet. one word of warning I would say is their milk tea is pretty caffeinated.

Im impressed with their friendly employees and of course their drinks. I love their mocha bubble tea which Inorder all the time. I always recommend this to my friends and never disappointed. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. Its always clean and they are systematic with the operation.

It seems that whenever we go here, often late night and weekends m, it's always teeming with people. Their sweet offerings always looks great but they are really just ok. The plus is that it's open late and good for groups. I can make a better waffle at that :)
