The service is unbearably slow every time I come here. However, every drink I’ve gotten has been very good.
Most of the time there are 2-3 people working and only one of them is making the orders. Due to them only allowing 8 people in the store at a time, the cashier just stands there and doesn’t do anything to get the orders out quicker. Maybe some alternate training should be given to all employees and not just split by positions. I’ve worked at places where I needed to be fast. Being able to take orders, make their food, and make their drinks should not take very long. Especially since most of the orders are just drinks. Just my 2 cents

I have been coming here for years.. as in like HS days, and I am in my 30's now.. yeah, been coming here for almost 20 yrs.. I used to love this place as it was always our hang out place with either friends or family. My family and I just got out of this place literally like 10mins ago and the experience was just AWEFUL! We ordered a hot taro bubble tea with very very low sugar. What they gave us was super sweet. They said they almost didn't put sugar in the drink, that it was the taro powder.. ok as if it was my first time ordering this particular drink. The Belgian waffle I order wasn't even close to what they used to have. It felt like the waffle was just put in a toaster. They are always out of tapioca and other toppings. The staff are rude. I mean, I know we are going through a pandemic right now, hence they increased their prices and that's ok, but that doesn't mean they should lessen their food quality and best of all, the whole customer experience in general. Sadly, I'd probably never come back here again.

Awesome awesome bubble tea! Taro has such a sweet and unique flavor! Other great options are Green Tea, Coconut, and Mango bubble tea! Honestly, they have a lot of flavors to pick from, highly recommend this place!

Absolutely amazing menu. The fruit is always fresh and delicious. Best place for bubble tea and smoothies, the tapioca balls are the best here! The service is wonderful and the employees are so welcoming. The bingsoo is super delicious, and the pricing isn't bad either. Definitely would recommend(:

It would be interesting to see this before the pandemic. Right now, you order and take it outside and assemble it, in my case I bought the mango waffle. It’s mango ice cream, regular not spectacular nor bad. It’s cool whip not real whip cream and then chunks of fresh-ish mango, I’d guessed chopped at a factory. Fresh mango is tough to find all seasons here in the Midwest. But their’s was good, not “Philippines” good but I’ve never had a mango that good outside of the Philippines. Anyhow, I got to my car, assembled it and it was good. The waffle isn’t run of the mill, it’s a bit sweeter and more importantly it’s denser and chewier but I mean that in a good way. So all in all the toppings are average but the waffle is above average.
I also ordered the mocha coffee which was good, on par with pretty much most coffee places. I don’t know if I’ve ever had a cup of mocha that blew my socks off. If I were to use Starbucks as a benchmark I would say a little bit less bitter espresso and little bit lighter chocolate. Good.
The quality of the waffle is what bumped it from three stars to four stars.

My husband and I have been coming here for years. We’ve basically created our own Kona coffee drink (put it on the menu already, guys! Haha) that is legit incredible. The staff has always been so friendly and accommodating. People that complain about long wait times need to settle down. These drinks are intricate as fudge (can’t swear?). We used to live closer to them, but whenever we’re in town we make a point to stop there! We LOVE Coffee Haus!

Very cool to see a coffee shop open late for night owl studying college students, or anyone up late. Seems to be centered around eclectic Asian coffee and tea drinks such as Boba, with serving some solid food such as waffles. Latte was balanced and not too sweet. Great job!

Love this place. Went for the first time today and had the red bean bing soo, delicious. Can't wait to try their bubble tea. My BF got a bubble smoothie and really enjoyed it. Definitely worth checking out.

Sometimes they don't have tapioca. It's okay I understand but they didn't take topping cost until recently but they take it now even when they don't have tapioca then we have to choose other toppings(jelly or popping boba).
Also we have to pay even we choose half size of topping.
It's so unfear, I miss your reasonable service...

Best Boba tea and smoothies in the northwest suburbs. Great Bing soo. Decent cofee. Good waffles/ice cream. This plaza's other restaurants have great Asian dinner choices also like Thai garden and 92 Town (arguably the best Thai and Korean BBQ restaurants in the area). Stop for dinner at any restaurant in this plaza then over to coffee haus for desserts. You won't be disappointed
