Great atmosphere, friendly staff, great coffee. You won't find another place like this in Peoria. There's a new sherif in town, when it comes to coffee. His name is Zion Coffee.

Great shop in downtown Peoria. Nice espresso (robust but not harsh). Cortado was well done with the right amount of foam. Some of our party also had avocado toast and reflected positively

Nice and clean look. I couldn't find the menu online ahead of time and we couldn't view it until we got up to order. I did not like this as I like to contemplate my options. I added the menu here for others.

Awesome shop. Coffee is great, their specialty toasts are awesome, people are super friendly. Every time I pass through Peoria this is a place that that I stop.

Good coffee, good pastry and LGBT friendly vibe. Love how the building is old AF but renovated into something new. Wish I could leave more than 5 stars...

I have decided to try out Zion based on its reviews. The lady at the front kiosk got my orders wrong. I wanted a latte with vanilla and a cold brew with oat milk to go. Instead, she got me two plain lattes for dining in. Instead of redoing them, she just poured them into the to-go cups which I lost like 3/4 of the content. Then I had to reorder a cold brew with oat milk again and paid for it. But she forgot to add the oat milk. At that rate, I was done and just took my messed-up orders and headed to Ardor who has amazing customer service.

The coffee here is top notch!! I had the Brazilian pour over and was not disappointed!

This is what coffee dreams are made of. My partner and I stopped in for a light lunch and to get some work done in the afternoon and it was a haven in these “unprecedented” times. The staff was fully competent in social distancing/mask use and effortlessly bridges the barrier of the challenge or being a service establishment in 2020.
But let’s get to the tea, anyone can put on a mask not everyone can create a coffee paradise. Which Zion coffee has done brilliantly. They have a beautiful space that is comfortable and unique to their branding, ample and varied seating. And good god the coffee is great! I thoroughly enjoy a specialty coffee shop having fun with their menu and serving drinks that are unique. The grapefruit espresso tonic was so good I got two. Staff was friendly and very welcoming. We both ordered toast, the avocado with egg and the seasonal veggie toast, while my expectations were low because cafe food is often neglected in the shadows of coffee, we were both pleasantly surprised. Best toast offering I have had in awhile, fresh, flavorful and beautifully plated. WiFi is great too.
Zion coffee is a destination attraction for Peoria.

A lovely, quiet coffee bar in downtown Peoria. Perfect setting for a solo cup or getting a little work done. Very helpful, knowledgeable baristas. Coffee is phenomenal, with a small but carefully crafted menu.
