Zion is my new favorite coffee bar in Peoria! The baristas were fast and friendly, my miel latte was DELICIOUS and the Sunrays in Winter seasonal item? SO GOOD. The barista asked that I enjoy it on her behalf, since she's allergic to ricotta, and boy did I! I hope they make it a winter staple, I'll come in every year just to grab one.

Wonderful baristas. They are so helpful and sweet. Space is open industrial style but bright and with lots of plants. Best chai latte I've had in ages.

This place is absolutely adorable.
Love the industrial design, great lighting, and lots of plants (some for sale too!) Definitely good vibes. Plus they give back to the community, helping homeless people, etc etc.

I soooo wanted to give it 5/5 for all that. But while the coffee is very tasty, it took over 15 mins to make two 8oz cups. Why so much time for such a small portion too?!
Either way though, worth checkin out and supporting a small business.

In an era of dying service and wannabe 3rd wave coffee shops, Zion stands out through the clutter of the Midwest as a premier café experience.

The design of the cafe is clean and sharp, which contrasts beautifully against the industrial brick warehouse feel of the facade.

All the equipment matches, including the dishware. The attention to detail really elevates the experience as you look around at the thoughtful design of everything.

The product is solid; you can tell Zion roasts things on the lighter side. But to be frank, I'd rather that than the traditional burnt French Roast I'm pitched as the Roastmaster of other shops.

Place very good for coffee. It is open and inviting with great views of the city streets. There is a light menu with pastries, breads, and small sandwich selection. They typically play adult contemporary music. Overall, this is first and foremost a coffee shop with a great espresso bar, great views, and open atmoshere....recommended.

I was here last week with my mom, just passing through from Indianapolis. Needed something other than Starbucks (gross) so I found Zion. Avocado toast, chia latte (and my mom forced me to buy her a tote bag!) amazinnnnnnnnnngggg. I can’t wait to go back to Illinois specifically to get another chai latte it was the best I’ve had and everyone was nice.

Such a good coffee stop in Peoria! Love the open space and quality drinks. They craft creative drinks, I had the orange blossom latte iced and loved it! They also offer cocktails but I didn't have a chance to try them.

Great open space, bright and airy. Comfortable with plentiful seating. Great place to read a book or get some work done. Friendly staff, decent music. The coffee was pretty decent too.

Delicious lavender cappuccino! Wonderful all natural yogurt parfait and amazing atmosphere! Did not disappoint and will absolutely return.

Any coffee shop where I see a roaster upfront and sleek espresso machine; that you still hand temper the shots is a plus in my books. This gem of a hip coffee shop is in the heart of downtown. You can take some well deserved time off to enjoy a fabulous cup of coffee or tea with decadent pastries. I love the vibe and the staff is very welcoming to boot. If you drive they have reserved parking across the way to park. Take the time to visit as I am sure it won't be your last.
