Gloria Jean's Coffees Normal (Varying hours of operation)

Can't even change prices on signs, I walked out cause I'm not paying 10 bucks for a medium coffee!

I was sitting at the drive-thru speaker and there were two cars in front of me. No one ever greeted me and once both cars in front of me was finished I pulled up to the window and they put a sign up saying they’ll be back in 15 mins.

I just ordered a pumpkin spice latte and it tastes like hot water with a tiny tinge of coffee. I was very upset that I spent $6.15 on hot water :(

I LOVE Gloria Jeans over all other coffee shops I have ever visited. I hate when coffee is too bitter and I think theirs is perfect!

I added more shots of espresso it balanced out the latte perfectly. Their roast has a very good flavor, as well.

They haven’t been open for weeks and weeks and weeks now and always say they are open at the store and online, does anyone even work there anymore lol

Very rude drive-thru person today then she charged me $2 more than what the sign said and was pissy when I asked for a refund then said she had her printer unplugged so she couldn’t prove the refund. Sad because I love their coffee but the rudeness alone will make me not come back

This place is going downhill i should have left this review a long time ago for a few months ive grown yo realize this place has changed due to new ownership first off they take away the wifi prevliges to customers i went in there on a sunday asked for the password and was told i cant have the password after i purchased 3 drinks i have noticed they have taken away alot of the buy your own beans to take home when i asked for a bag they told me they dont sell them to the public once i went there ordered a 2 hot lattes and they gave me 2 chillers when i told them thats not what i ordered the lady got mad at me and argued that i asked for a cold latte even though she was handing me a chiller finally she gave me what i wanted but made me take all 4 drinks and replied to give em to someone else who would appriciate it and to top it off every time i go in there the store is being ran by 1 person to do every job including the drive thru cant understand half the things they are saying due to bad english it feels like a family owned forien store it deffinately dosent feel the way it used to and the drinks dobt taste the same this is a corperate store that runs itself the way it wants to i highly recomend just going to the gloria jeans in the mall for the real experience

Our drinks were good, our cookies were good, just don't stop here for a "quick" coffee. It took almost half hour to get four drinks!

I love gloria jeans coffee. There website says they are open until 8pm... But the hour's on raab road say that they are only open until 6... Could you please change your hours on the website so it doesn't confuse people like me... Lol
