Gloria Jean's Coffees Normal (Varying hours of operation)

The service by the "one" person attendant was excellent. There were people in the drive-up and he remained calm and collected. He even offered me a gift for waiting. Thank you, young MAN

Gloria Jeans is my biggest guilty pleasure, the staff here is amazing. I am a regular now and they have my order rang up before I even get to the counter, and if I'm in line they start my drink before I've even paid. I love their attitudes and the atmosphere they emit! You guys rock!

Went in to get coffee, which took forever. I was looking at the mugs and found one I really liked. I took it up to the counter and the man asked if i really wanted because it was 19$, and I told him yes because I obviously wanted it. He told me I couIdnt afford the mug. I definitely will not be returning. Terrible service.

I’ve always had a wonderful experience at this store, I go out of my way to come here even though I’m passing the one in the mall. It’s convenient that there is a drive through and the staff are really friendly! When I’ve went into the store it’s always kept so clean. Great place to set up your laptop and get some coffee or be with friends.

I am only giving 3 stars because they are delicious!! But I have looked online more than once to see their hrs. And it says they are open, only to get there and they are closed! I drive all the way from Colfax il, only to have to end up driving to the mall to get what I want. They need to fix their hrs online, or even have them consistent with the malls hrs.

Literally the worst coffee I have ever tasted. I got it and was so excited to try it since I hadn’t had it in months to only taste sour almond milk they used... You could smell the bitterness before taking another sip. too bad I was running late for work or else I would have said something. It was absolutely repulsive. take a sip before you leave!!

Can imagine keeping workers in small businesses is a challenge these crazy days. Hope to find them open next time I have an urge.

Wasn't open. Sign said they were supposed to be open and No one was around. No signage to say sorry or anything!! Terrible customer service!!!

They used to sell the syrups to those wanting to make their drinks at home. New management won't allow the sell of the syrups at the store so you are forced to buy a drink if you want a certain flavor.
