One word... fantastic! The service, food, coffee, atmosphere were all that and more. I had the seasonal corned beef and cabbage skillet. It was so flavorful! The White Oak beer mustard was the cherry on top; brought it all together. I highly recommend!

My wife and I ate here for breakfast for the first time and we loved it! The food was great and we had the best service! For sure will be back to try more good food!

ANYTHING BUT "NORMAL" (In a good way.)

Tucked away at the end of a strip mall a couple of blocks off Historic US-66, and within two miles of just about every chain every heard of, this unique local breakfast / lunch spot is truly a unique local treasure. The staff has their heart in it, the food shows their passion, and I think the coffee here would make the Green Lady blush.

My wife and I were truly impressed with the great conversations we had with Jack, our server, and the preparation of our food was spot on. There were at least a half-dozen menu items I would have loved to try! The chorizo skillet I enjoyed was a great start to the day with just the right amount of heat and a blend of ingredients I would have never thought to include. Try the made-in-house biscuits ... you won't be disappointed!

Cheri enjoyed cornmeal pancakes with pulled port and a bunch of other wonderful toppings ... her comment was "this didn't look like it should work, but it REALLY DOES!"

We brought a bag of their coffee beans home with us, I hope they do mail order. :)

Y'all need to open a northern affiliate ... in or near Appleton Wisconsin.

Visited for the first time finally. Will definitely be back!

We sourced this spot on Maps while on a roadtrip, and needing a quick lunch. They were kind enough to take us in, even though it was 130pm, and they close at 2pm. The service was fantastic, and the food was very good! Try the chicken and waffle bennie! The prices are exceptional value.

Eggs Benedict with avocado slices in place of ham was delicious. They make sure the English muffin is well toasted and make their own sauce. Coffee is always good. Servers are always polite, helpful and efficient!

Everyone in this place is amazing. From the cashier to the greeter to the waiters and waitresses. The chefs here really have the food tasting immaculate. Not to mention the customers there, are very friendly, my meal was actually taking care of by another couple sitting next to me. I gave kudos to the whole staff to the manager there and she was excited to hear it. I recommend fort Jesse Cafe to all, to experience something they won't forget!

Stopped in for breakfast on a business trip and found a gem. From the second you open the door the staff is welcoming and friendly. Then you get the food! I had the chicken and waffles and I can easily say it ranks up there in thy best I've had. And the hot chocolate is to die for.

Everyone here from the hostess to the servers and cleanup crew were ao kind and helpful. Food was amazing. We had the chicken and waffles Benedict and it was unlike any other breakfast we have had. Coffee concoctions are dangerously smooth. If we didn't live in the Chicago area we would be at this restaurant all the time!
