Horrible girl told me 15 mins for pickup order was there 45 mins as i was there i seen the waitress being very un sanitary the cook was putting food up on the top dropped smenes toast off the plate put it back on there put the ticket in smenes gravy got it out with his hands dishes was filthy whole place was unclean then after all the waiting i did never offered no discount one waitress had no idea what was going on i wnt go back

This place was great in the beginning. The good was very good, inexpensive and the wait staff was friendly and efficient. But over time, both the quality of food and servers have gone downhill. I am not talking about 1 or 2 visits, but 5 or so. The last 3 visits I went for one of their all you can eat specials and I went at off times, either before or after the lunch or dinner rush when the place was nearly empty. Each time I received my order, then the bill. Not once did the server come back to see if I wanted more food, a drink refill or anything else. The last visit, after waiting over 30 minutes for the server to come by, I finally went to the counter to get my check and pay. Now, the server went to every table, but mine. I was really excited when they opened a location closer to me, but I can no longer patronize the Nashville location due to the quality of food and service.

This was my go to place at one time I usually go there once a week. The past few times I've went there service was decent but when you order a hamburger and ask for everything on it and all you get is a bacon cheeseburger with no lettuce tomato's or pickles and the fries tasted like they came from the cheap section at Walmart. However though the service is pretty good but you don't get what you ask for.

Our waitress was phenomenal!! The crab legs were delicious! 10/10 recommend!

We went at 3 which we didn't realize was right before they switched the buffet from lunch to dinner, so the food wasn't as great as it would've been during peak eating hours. That being said, the food was still good. The salad bar is nice and big. The food they put out for dinner (shrimp, fish, hush puppies) looked delicious. We'll be back.

Buffet wasn't good.. Meat was dried up.. Corn and green beans out of a can.. Someone with our party ordered a Cheese Burger and fries.. Wasn't dressed they way they wanted it. Curly fries was hard.. Burger was burnt. They only took 1 bite of it..When asked to take his off the ticket waitress got rude about it.. This was our 2 nd time there..Bad experience both times..Won't be going back..

We were at a tractor pull in Nashville for 2 days. Ate there 3 times....lunch buffet, a breakfast buffet and the lunch menu. All meals were really good...!!!

I had the gyro and curly fries, and I really loved the gyro. They put plenty of meat, sauce and tomatoes on it...I had mine without onions. I would order this again, but see other things I want to try. The fries looked like they cut them, and they were good. I will definitely be back to try more.
